When I arrived, an employee greeted me immediately and asked what I was shopping for. I said I wasn't sure, so she told me to let her know if I needed help and gave me a basket. I overheard her ask the next customer what they were looking for. When they said men's shower gels and lotions, she directed them right to that section. I thought her friendly, bubbly personality was great customer service. Every time I've visited, it's been bustling with people, yet I've always found B&BW to be mostly organized. B&Bw always seems to have some sort of special offer available, which is great during the holiday seasons.

I've spent over $400 on a single trip here during the semi-annual sale, and I come here often to make small purchases as well. The service here is consistently great, with employees greeting you offering a free pump of hand sanitizer and informing you of the latest deals going on. This store also does a good job of keeping things in stock, there's a wide variety of scents and products to choose from every time you visit. Best B&BW location in the area, and it's a great store for gifts.

The place is very well decorated and at this time it literally smells like Christmas. There are a lot of delicious options to choose from and the staff is always supportive. They know how to answer every question from the citrus scents to what is best for your type of care.When I was there last week they had a special promo in body care, pay three take four. They also have a promo for the candles, pay one and take two for the same price. It's not cheap at all but it's worth it to get all of those candles. 100% yes.

manager courtney is a bit of a snappy asshole the past two times i've been there. i would say it's worth it to drive an extra 40 mins to another location. it's unfortunate the staff is great just the manager sucks.

I'm not big on smelly things. But my partner loves this shop and fills the house with scent doodads and dinglefloppers. It makes her happy, which makes me happy.Staff is overly friendly and the sale prices make shopping here affordable.
