Went in to get my daughters ear pierced, she's 7. The employee there was very rude. She didn't answer simple question & ate Chic filet mid session. I have three other children & I will not be getting their ears pierced at Clair's !

My mom and I got our ears pierced here. My mom got her cartilage pierced, and I got my second piercing. We got them pierced in January 2024, and they are still healing. We think her ears are infected. A couple of weeks after I got mine pierced, they were infected for about three weeks. There was pus and a piece of hair inside my ear, and I have been using the cleaner, but I don't think it works very well. It has been about six months, and I have seen a little bit of improvement. My mom's are not healing at all, and she can barely sleep since she is a side sleeper. When she sleeps on her side, it hurts. Her name was Sam or Sammy. I can't remember, but on her apron, it said that she had been doing ear piercings for 11 years, I think. My ears are about 60% healed, but my mom's, on the other hand, are about 20% healed. I don't think we will get any more piercings here. We were going to go to a tattoo parlor, but it was last minute. I really wanted to get them done for my birthday. We didn't have a very good experience, sadly.

Paid $80 apiece for both of my son's ears pierced. Played a waste of time Easter egg hunt I thought for 5% or 10% off NO 3 lollipops. Left the diamond earrings I brought and a hair clip. I called 5 times when I left no answer!

Online and on mall doors is says they open at 10 but when I arrived they stated through the gate that they open at 11. I enjoy their items but its annoying being told something different than what's stated and get looks like I'm the crazy one.

This place is horrible. I was trying to do something special for my 8 year old daughter and get her ears pierced. Her left ear is still hurting because the lady put the ear ring in wrong. After three weeks her left ear is still sore.This place deserves a 0 rating.

It was okay experience. Just didn't did have what l was looking for in store. A clear cross body purse needed for work. They do have other options. Cashier was sitting down focused on her phone. I thought she was sleeping on the job. Not paying attention to the customers in the store.

This pandemic has made it impossible to take the kids out so... they sure acted insane when we went to have my sister’s ears pierced. The two young ladies there were great and patient and just wonderful. Helped us get quite a few things too ❤️
