I’m so proud of her each and everyday! Also thank you to the basketball coach, my daughter loved playing basketball ? and her basketball team!”

“Great tour by a very knowledgeable guide! The house is well appointed and a lot of great art! The tour covers the house, the people that lived in the house spanning two centuries, the enslaved community as well as information about the American Indians that lived on the land.”
“10 weeks in which you can enjoy all the CAMP BAKER activities, my favorite will be Camp Fire, the camping experience is not complete without a campfire eating marshmallows with your friends from various parts of America”
“This Post is the BEST! It is a home away from home for veterans, active duty military and their families. Three healthy meals a day are provided here at reasonable prices with no tax included. Members help in the club room with services, and everyone is open, warm, and friendly. The building has been completely remodeled in the past two years, led by a Commander whose love of the Post family and veterans is paramount. The Auxiliary is equally strong and very active, contributing so much to this Post, and the community. The facility is modern and beautiful! There is no smoking, no vulgarity, and inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Private and community events are hosted here, many open to the public. All are welcome by this amazing American Legion Family, who puts service to others above all else.”
“I was fortunate to be in Chester for personal reasons and stayed near the YMCA. So I decided to sign up only for a month to make sure I could get in my workouts. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They made the process super easy. Every day when I went in, they greeted me with smiles. All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. What a great team!
The facilities are very nice and there seems to be no shortage of standard gym equipment. The women's locker room was clean and well kept.
I focused my workouts on the H2O Pump Aqua Fitness classes. OMG! That class is AMAZING! Lisa, the instructor, is the BEST! She started and ended on time, had great routines that really worked out every part of my body, and played super music. No two days were alike. Lisa is loved by everyone in that class and I can see why many of them have been attending for months if not years. I know I would! I attended when I was able and genuinely missed it when I couldn’t. Everyone in the class was so friendly and the workouts were fun. I’m spoiled now and have not found any classes in my area that even come close to Lisa’s. So next time I’m in town, I want to bring her back to TX with me. ?
Thank you Chester Family YMCA!!”
“I’ve shopped here several times whenever I’m up to visit My Army Buddy… in fact this last time I told Him that I wasn’t even packing anything in My bag because I was going back to the goodwill! I did just that!!! I bought 6 nice shirts… (2 News/tags)!!! Can You believe it??? Total was less than $17… of course I rounded up… This blows away the Salvage Army store back Home… although We do have something called the Palmer Home back in MS!!! It’s pretty nice! but not as nice as the Chesterfield GW!!! I can’t wait to go back… I'm going to bring two bags on the plane next time!!!”
“6/1/22: My son is a member along with his dad. They decided to go swimming around 9:30 am & the lady at the desk told me that I couldn't go inside the pool area to watch my son because I wasn't a member. I had to remain in the hallway at the table watching them through the glass. He had a lot of fun & they had several school buses of children using the pool today also. It wasn't very crowded even with all those extra kids. Their facility is clean (the front desk area and pool are all I saw). The front desk lady wasn't the friendliest, but I let it go after I saw how much fun my baby was having in the pool. Their hours are weird & they close way too early. So, call them before driving there to make sure they are open. The pool goes to 10 feet too. My son & his dad love it though, so I recommend them.”
“Barbra promptly greeted us when we first got in, she was very polite and professional. She made sure we knew about all the deals of the day which was appreciated! Overall the store was clean and neat, I recommend shopping here!”
