They had us in and out under the time they quoted us for which was an hour. We were only there maybe 45 minutes total. Very nice staff and very clean. Especially the bathrooms.

My daughter said she had a tire that kept needing air so I ckd around and found the best price on a complete set for her and was surprised after a military discount we paid less for a complete set compare to two at another store. Tires were mounted and balanced and I feel great knowing at least her tires are not an issue anymore. Will definitely return for tires for my 89 f250

Ive ALWAYS stood by discount tire, and have used them for every vehicle that myself, my late husband, and my roommate have ever owned. Professional, courteous, quick. From winter weather, to these incredibly hot days, their team works so hard, every day.
This location has been my go-to since moving into this area two years ago and it will forever be.
Im so thankful, and grateful for Sean today. I have no words. Thank you again.

HEATHER in Colonial Heights is GREAT! She has exceptional customer service & is knowledgeable. In addition HEATHER was sensitive to prior bad work and money spent on my vehicle and SAVED ME MONEY. I waited less than 1 hr w/ no appt.
Desk staff were courteous & timely too! Thank you Sean and Tyler(?). Go HERE for TPMS issues!

This is just my honest opinion of this stores performance. Keep in mind the vehicle being worked on was having the original factory tires replaced, the vehicle has 32,000 original miles. Due to the carelessness of the installers the lugnuts and wheels were damaged, the manager tried to say it was normal wear but I know this damage happened at this store because I was the last person to rotate these tires prior to them being replaced by Discount Tire.
