Just had the worst nail experience ever. Kindly asked the nail tech to not make my nails so pointy, and she proceeded to get an attitude and tell me she was following the nail shape that I already had! Not true at all! My nails were uneven and looked like daggers when I left! So unprofessional the tech was on the phone on a personal call during the service. I was so irritated I didn't even want my nails painted! Tech was not personable at all, completely disconnected from her job! This person didn't even say hello! The other staff members were nice but she was awful! Worst part about it is spending my money to be disappointed and disrespected.

I went there at 7 o’clock because it said it closes at eight and I guess they didn’t have enough people to accommodate me so I couldn’t be seen even though they had a whole hour before they closed. And I drove all the way there and got out my car and went into the mall because they stayed open till 8:00 so they say. I was so disappointed and it was a waste of my time and energy. I won’t be wasting anymore energy by going there ever again!?

Can’t lie the customer service was pretty decent but Terrible work. I paid over $250 for my eyebrows to my both my daughter and I full set to our pedicures just horrible!!!! Not even a week later nails breaking & gel nail polish chipping!!! I still want to come back up there & ask for some of my money back cause this was for my birthday!!!! I wish Venus nails was open that day, they are excellent

Open and available on Sundays when other salons are closed or packed with a 30-minute wait. Hanna is skillful at not only removing dry and calloused skin but also artistic nail designs.

Today was my first time visiting this shop and let me just say I haven’t felt pretty in awhile!! The lady did my eyebrows so perfect I mean perfect!!! My nails are perfect!!!! They actually look like my real nails the shape is perfect man. She stopped doing my nails twice to do someone else eyebrows most would get mad but I honestly didn’t even mind it because she took 5minutes on both of them she didn’t rush on them and that right there made me know she loves what she does and do it with perfection!! I will be returning!

Rebecca was absolutely awesome . She did a wonderful job on my nails and feet. She was very pleasant and took her time with me . I will definitely be coming back when I am in town.

I had done my full Acrylic Nails along with Gel Polish done from there and it looks great. Their service is great and staff is welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is good and it does give you a nice vibe overall. Recommend !! Will visit again for sure and I would want to try their other services as well.

Elite Nails and Spa is the best nail salon around. They do everything from nails to waxing to ear candling. They do facials and waxings and much more. It is a very clean nail salon. It is located inside of SouthPark Mall. It is my favorite nail salon.. I give them five stars.
