Made a reservation a month ago for a large suv and they call us the day before at 6pm telling us they don't have anything for us. Don't do business with this place.

I had a fantastic rental at CH Enterprise. July 2024. Edit. I will note they told me they no longer do pick up and drop off.
Unfortunate. I was less than 2 miles fom them. Needed a car that day. I was treated very well with kindness, compassion, patience and humor. Great experience. Can't recommend enough.

I have used the Colonial Heights location a few times. Staff was professional and friendly. My pickup and drop off was easy.

Manager staff very rude young lady was helping me straight left me at counter to go wash a car right in the middle of getting me straight ask for manager ask was that how they treat customers when young lady came back she told her not to rent me the care and she didn't care if i called the supervisor over her because they wasn't going to do anything to her about the situation it's her store and she can deny who she wants so unprofessional

Made reservations on April 18th to rent a sedan on June 27th, received a confirmation number and email from Enterprise as well.
When I arrived at this location they asked if a minivan would be ok since they were out of cars. I said ok, 10 minutes later they said " Oh we are sorry we do not have any vehicles at all, but we are checking other locations " So i told them to call me when they find a car, and of course I never heard from them. This place is a ridiculous, best of luck getting a car here. Never again.

Very disappointed. I reserved a van two weeks ahead of time. Call a day before pick up. Spoke with representative Who confirmed my pick up time and the type of vehicle. When I get there. No Van. I had no choice but to settle for an SUV. The big problem is my husband and I both have leg issues. With him having more metal in his leg than me causing us to stop more frequently. If we had the vehicle I requested. I am sure I would not be complaining because I have been a loyal customer.

I had a really bad experience at this location. I put in my reservation a couple months prior to my vacation. The day before my reservation the company called me to confirm my appointment and let me know there is a $300 deposit due at pickup. My pickup time was 5pm and I arrived at 5:03pm and I was told by the manager and assistant manager that the rental that I was getting just came in 30 minutes prior to my appointment and I won’t be able to get the rental because the car needed an oil change. I asked why didn’t anyone notify me because the only other enterprise near my location that’s open was the airport. They both stated that they were short staffed and were unable to make the call. No where did I get an apology and when I asked what can be done because I am leaving for vacation that night they said, “Well we called the airport and they don’t have a car that can fit 7 and we don’t have anything here to loan out.” So of course I was extremely frustrated and honestly was in shock that this was happening and the employees wasn’t trying to do anything to help me. The manager then says she is NOT going to rent any cars to me because of my tone. I never cussed or yelled or threatened anyone I was panicking because I did everything right and they didn’t care. This was a vacation planned months ago for my kids and to go tell them we don’t have a way to get to our vacation I was trying to avoid doing that. You can tell that the manager wasn’t interested in helping me and wasn’t even trying to reach out to any other branches. When I asked them if they can check with the airport location they stated that they don’t have any 7 seaters. I then proceed to go to the airport myself and told them what happened and they were happy to assist me and was extremely frustrated on how the other branch handled my situation. I will say thank Goodness for the airport location but my family and I will not be recommending the colonial heights location. I understand things happened but the way the manager and assistant manager handled my situation was unprofessional and disheartening.

My employer rents cars through Enterprise. I use the Colonial Heights, VA location because it's most convenient for me. I'm always pleased with the customer service. The car is always clean and pick up and drop off times, including the drop box, are convenient. When I need to rent a car for personal use, I use this Enterprise location as well.
