Over 50% of my packages seem to go missing or get forgotten if they have to go through the Colonial Heights FedEx. I wish I could ask companies to use any other service.

Had to find a local drop off facility, because my local FedEx hub closed. FedEx OnSite was not able to provide a printed receipt, which I am accustomed to receiving.

Never would have guessed that Walgreens took fed-ex returns. My visit was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes

Nowhere on the website does it list that the FedEx here won't accept packages over 10 pounds.

The lady on duty on Oct 22, 2024 at 1:45 pm had the nastiest attitude I have encountered in a long time. I took a package in and she complained that it was too big and too heavy. It was a big package, but not heavy. She told me to take it the back. CVS owes me for my labor and it should be deducted from her pay. Lazy nasty individual. She does NOT belong in customer service...at all.

They have been super helpful! I have been able to tell them what OTC stuff I need and get it at the drive through since I have had COVID. They have also billed my insurance for the at home tests so I didn't have to worry about reimbursements. Publix refused to do this.
