They have been super helpful! I have been able to tell them what OTC stuff I need and get it at the drive through since I have had COVID. They have also billed my insurance for the at home tests so I didn't have to worry about reimbursements. Publix refused to do this.

Felt really discouraged here. Was getting my 2nd dose of Pfizer and the girl at the counter was super rude. Had me fill out paper work just to ask me what my name was again and then tell me it'll be 20mins on top of the 35mins I waited. She had my name on the paper in front of her. Also had the privilege of hearing her talking abt me and how long I wanted and that I must really want the shot. Pretty sure it was just cause I'm white and getting the vaccine like bitch I just want to travel. Anyway really don't recommend this location & this is my first review on anything.

Pharmacy in Colonial Heights location on the boulevard has the worst customer service ever! Rude, rude, rude to many customers that come through. Will definitely be choosing another location to get our prescriptions filled!

Needed the COVID-19 booster shot, chose the 10:15am appointment online, printed and filled out the appropriate paperwork at home so that I was PREPARED. Get to Walgreens, met with rudeness, confusion, and disorganization. The lines are not labeled, so I get in one line to be told "wait a minute", not "would you mind waiting for a moment?", noooooo, just "WAIT A MINUTE", ok. I step back and wait while the young lady calls another customer in front of me, waits on her, the customer walks away and the lady at the pharmacy just looks at me. I say, "Are you ready for me now?", she says "yeah". I'm already disappointed by the service. I step up to the window, I say, "hello, I have a 10:15 appointment to get a booster shot". She says "ok, you need to stand in the other line". I say "ok, my apologies, there are no labels". I go stand in the other line behind 3 people. Finally get to the front to the register, both registers open up and guess who is there, the same young lady and another young man. They both just stand there and just look at me. I ask again "Are you ready for me?", she shrugs her shoulders, he says "yeah". (Sickening). Ok he begins to ask me for all kind of information that I have already filled out on the paper!!! Then he says, "I don't know what I'm doing wrong, you can just have a seat and wait". I say, "do you know how long, I made a 10:15am appointment on purpose?". He says "ummm I'm not sure", turns around to ask the same young lady how long I will need to wait. She says "about 15 minutes, this other lady is first". The customer she is speaking of says, "no, she was in front of me". This visit has made me physically sick!! Just so disappointed with this location's pharmacy employees and their lack of customer service with positive attitudes. Two thumbs down!!P.S. I finally got called to get my shot at 10:54!!!! The guy who gave me the shot had a great attitude, very professional!!
