We went in there and the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Very nasty and not wanting to help they will never be receiving my service. Jessica was very rude and she has made me NEVER want to go in that store again!

Everybody in here acts like they hate their jobs and that every customer that comes in is responsible for their career choice. I came in and forgot to take my sunglasses off and this tall woman talked to be as if i was a junkie the whole time im asking her questions. They’re hanging on by a thread as a reseller and i understand why.

Customer service is terrible. They will not greet you. They feel bothered when you ask for assistance. They spend more time talking then working.

I recently just spoke to a female that works at this location, prior to me being able to ask for assistance she stated “you are one in a thousand right now asking for assistance”.

The best service from young men named Brandon and Trey! I was shocked to see who they loved to work and help customers! Not to mention Jessica the store manager! I’ll definitely be back!!!

Love getting my shoes from here and the fact they merge with finish line makes it even better I can use my klarna card to get my shoes and my grands y'all better get with the program an take what is offered to you it come in handy customer service always on point with me and the store's are always clean to sum it up I feel like family when I enter ?

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Customer service is HORRIBLE in that place. The employees are nothing but rude. Just looking at their faces and you can tell they hate working there. Look at you like you are an alien and laugh at their customers behind their backs. I hated my experience in that store.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would give less than. The customer service is slow and these people are too rude. If footlocker had the shoes I would have bought them there in an INSTANT. I hope this changes in the near future

Brought 4 kids to buy shoes everyone was standing around talking or hiding in the back so I go up front and ask for help then everyone looking at each other as if no one wanted to go look for the sizes after the shoes was brought out for us to Try on then I was told I wasn't allowed to buy all 4 pair so I left the shoes there if I couldn't purchase them that should of been stated at the time of me asking for each size if no stars was a rating that would be the review a waste of time and trying to shop for 4 different sizes is not a easy task

Everyone EVERYONE just stood around talking. I was greeted and that was it. After 5 minutes I yelled "hello is anyone working today?" If the sneakers I needed were available anywhere else I would have bought them there EVEN if they cost more.

I do not recommend this store!!The customer service here is terrible. My husband asked for a shoe size the person (black young man) went to get it , from the warehouse he yelled "DUDE what size are u looking for” and when he came back he didn't even give me the shoe , he just left it there like don’t care without saying anything. Seriously... lazy people and service.

We came in to purchase 2 pairs of shoes for my husband. No one was there to help. I had to ask who was an employee to get service after 10 minutes. So when I seen a lady coming from back I said hello, she dismissed me and acted like she wasn't just 2 feet away. I walk towards her to ask her a question she dismissed me again and walked back with another employee to look for 1 pair of shoes. It was 3 employees helping 1 male and it was about 8 other customers in the store. My husband walks up to lady she very happy to assist him. So I'm waiting to ask about the other pair of shoes my husband wants and she just looked through me and another male customer came in she assisted him Dismissed me again. So I raised my voice after almost 20 mins of this and she says he wants a 12 and thats an 11.5 I say no its a 12. She tells me no but I have the shoe in my hand that says 12 USA Here comes the other lady talking about do it say USA by 12? If you did your job and served female the way you serve male customers you could have more business. These woman were very unprofessional and more less discriminating towards probably more than me as female. I didn't see a name tag on either women. But the one ruin lady had a lot of chin hair.
P.S THIs review set up needs to be revised because it shouldn't be this difficult to leave a review cant scroll through to do auto corrections. If any my apologies

Employees are extremely unprofessional. Do not give this store any of your money.Asked lady for size on a particular shoe and seriously just looked at me up and down with a nasty face.
