It’s 10:30am on a Sunday, Oct 20th. They are supposed to open at 10am, doors are locked. Employee is outside trying to get in. I told her to call her Manager… she says she doesn’t give them her number. Looks like someone needs to be fired and get a manager. Very unprofessional from a manager! There should be an employee contact sheet. Lost a bit of business today as a bunch of us trying to get in are now headed somewhere else.

Had a situation going on with a stolen debit card, and whoever the person was who claims that they are the “manager” is not very professional and is uneducated when it comes to company protocol/procedures. She was not trying to assist me in anything, and came off very ignorant

Had to go to two stores to find what I was looking for, but that was no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful at both stores.

Fun place to pick up fun and interesting stuff. Cool t-shirts section too. The candy section is enormous with lots of varieties of sugary treats.

Has a nice selection of inventory, everything is organized but since it’s a new location it does get a bit crowded but you will find many different things here!

The store itself is fine and better than the other, but we have 0 interest in being forced to stand there as someone else insists they have to scan our items and watches me pay, and acts assured as though I'm incapable of doing it myself. I wasn't even allowed to pull my own receipt. My husband scanned 1 item and she was rude. Will 1000% not be back.

I like the original 5 Below better. It feels cramped in this store for some reason. The girl working the front was bot very nice. I walked up to a self checkout with no one else in line and said hello. I got no greeting and she made me move to a different one so she could keep the others open for cash, THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE!!! I said thank you and have a good night when we were leaving and she did not speak. You walk in to the other one and everyone speaks and they said a goodbye and thank you when you leave.

I liked the old 5 Below, it had a fun and cute selection of items for my disgustingly cute 7-going-on-17 year old. It had a nice assortment of items for my "has no idea what he actually likes yet" 9 year old too. The only downside was that it was hard to get in and out of, and it was kind of cluttered. This new one has solved those problems. It is now over by the Target and Old Navy and Pop Shelf, so it is way easier to get in and out of, plus the aisles are way more spacious. It isn't overflowing and cluttered (yet, at least, but maybe that is just because it is new). I really like how easy it is to find something for anyone at this new location. I even found a bunch of the liquid death individual flavors for Hubs to try and I never thought I'd find it so easy to find something to buy for even a full-grown man, but he likes trying all the fun candy and snacks. Huge Hello Kitty selection too.
