Zero stars ⭐️ if I could.I hope you never need customer service because your order never shows up after a week. I called 4 times at which after 10-20min on hold waiting for a rep I was disconnected. I got a rep 1 time and after taking my info he put me “on hold” and by on hold I mean he hung up on me (no I wasn’t rude at all). Tried their chat feature 3 times and no one ever comes on to help you even though the virtual assist says someone will. So since I couldn’t get a live person to help I emailed everyone I could find. Only to get a rep at was either incompetent or had no idea what I was saying (my sneakers are missing please help) so she kept repeating the same generic response. Never shopping online or with foot locker ever again. Hope my sneakers show up eventually I guess.

It is now fifteen after 12 and we saw an employee who has still not opened the store. They gave us two different sized shoes or we would've went somewhere else.

The sales person talked my husband into buying sneakers he doesn't need because they were on sale. They were agressive but not in a bad, combative way. He's a good sales person for sure
