I brought this necklace in January 2022, I have been back 7 times since then to get it repaired because it keeps breaking. I spent $1200 on the necklace and my name plate. They told me when I came back the 3rd time that the necklace was too small for the piece, when they are the ones who put it together… So now every time it breaks I have to pay $15 or $20 to get it repaired… Recently it just broke and I tried to get it repaired, the heavyset guy tried to tell me it was $59 to repair and then tried to take $10 off… I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Would give no starts if I could. I purchased some fronts, rose gold bottom 6 in a drip style a few days before Christmas. $315. My order was messed up twice. The first time I was given a white gold set that looked like balled up aluminum foil and the ugliest piece of jewelry I've ever seen in my life. Immediate reactions to me opening my mouth from other people were "what the f**** and "please tell me where you went so I don't go there". The man offered me the white gold set for free for my troubles. And then when I went to go pick up my rose golds that I actually ordered, he no longer wanted to give them to me and expected me to pay an extra $315 for their incompetence. I would've been alright with the possibility of not getting my money back had they actually been capable of doing THEIR job and delivering on the right design, but to give me anything but what I ordered not once, but twice? Trash af. You're better off going to gold n diamonds by the cookie place. They actually know what they're doing and won't scam you.
