This time of day is not the best time for in and out shopping, all lines were long at least 10 or more people standing in line with medium to full shopping carts.

I’m tired of placing larger orders and getting the email that indicates the order is ready.
When it’s not!!!
It should not take more than an hour to pick up an internet order.
This is the third time and epic failure
There is no reason to send the email if the entire order has not been pulled.
Today was a couple of breakers in a bag at customer service.
The 41 pieces of sheet rock had not been touched. I not only had to wait for the associate to find help but the two of them proceeded to pull the wrong material. I interrupted them to explain the difference between green board and regular sheet rock
She actually was gonna argue with me so I just asked her to please get a manager.
The manager quickly agrees with me and put some wheels in motion to get the stuff loaded on a cart to put in my truck.
I called them before my two hour drive and felt that the materials were paid for and therefore should have already been on a cart. Especially with an email ???
I know times are tough for employers but I blame the management for not taking care of the internet customer.
I spent over $1200 today
A lot of what I ordered will be shipped.
6 - 20 amp breakers were canceled by your computer automatically because you didn’t have them.
An assistant manager said the Chester HD has over 50?
So what’s going on with inventory control?
Anyway
I think I can finish my garage project without Home Depot.
I hope my no internet code for 0% for a year actually worked

I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.

I thought that I was getting the plant of my dreams. When it arrived the box that said fragile live plant inside was crushed. The pot was broken. The leaves have tons of yellow spots all over them and the base is slimey with rotten peices. Called customer service and they were no help!! So disappointed

They sub out a flooring job to a ridiculously inept flooring company names Romanoff renovations, I didn’t t pay them I paid Home Depot, he never should have been allowed to call me and threaten anything ..who called and belittles you over a scheduling problem for the 2nd hard surface appointment because they don’t know up from down , proceeds to hang up not once but twice while I’m trying to get my point across about how bad the carpet install looks they installed a week prior ...non the less when you give them the answer to your problem they hate to hear you become nobody and I’m still waiting on answers... I didn’t hire ROMANOFF I hired The Home Depot, why Am I seeking answers from 2 parties while not getting any answers....

I do prefer Home Depot over Lowe's. Unfortunately seems like every time I go to HD, when I can't find something and ask for assistance, staff walks away like they don't hear at all! Then today I go again, ask for assistance from 3 different employees and they all walked away with apparent selective hearing. And I'm not a quite person! Then when I go up front to check out, only thing open are those f**king self checkout lanes. I HATE those things, cause usually when I'm using one I have to call for assistance to ring up something without a bar code or something...which is what I had to wait for today. If I wanted to do self checkout on building materials, I would've had the damn things ordered online and delivered. But of course with Home Depot, they've screwed me twice by not delivering my full order....and I was the one that had to run around in store and on phone to fix their screw up. Guess I'll be dealing with Lowe's exclusively now. F**k HD!!

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from the home depot. I took my lawn mower in for repair (push mower). 24 hours later they tell me my mower just had too much oil in it. They charged me $50 just to remove oil. I pay less for a complete oil change for my CAR. They just took oil out and charged me $50. They are losing my business because of this.

Home Depot is one of the only places I know if it's actually renting construction equipment right now. I drove a 26 foot rental truck with a car hauler to this location as a drop off point. Although the drop off office was very slow and only allowed one person in at a time, I was grateful that the two gentlemen and lady that was working were quick on their feet and move through the customers at a pace not normally seen.

Had to travel down here for an insulation machine after 2 machines in Chester failed on me. No longer had my receipt on hand, called CH location and they told me I would not need it just come down they would look things up on the computer. So I left the area by my house only to find out after standing in line they could NOT look it up via computer in the tool dept, and I had to walk down to customer service to get a copy of my receipt in order to prove I bought 20 bags of insulation and would not be charged for the rental fee of the machine. So I got that, brought my receipt back to the tool dept. and proceded to rent the machine which was in FAR better condition than both in chester. Made that trip down later in the day to return the machine and they did not properly refund my rental fee, they instead added on an insurance fee. The entire reason I went down and waited in line earlier for a receipt was for nothing! I had to go back to customer service and sort things out to get money credited back to my card. I then requested a paper copy proving I was properly refunded and neither employee could print me a receipt (I believe this to be a malfunction of the system design, not those two employees) So I had to check my account multiple times throughout the next day until the charge dropped off.

Terrible store to try and shop in. Especially the electrical department. Product usually in the overhead with multiple holes on shelves.
