Terrible company. Dont ever trust that Kimmi.. she will trick and scam you out of your money. She has done so to me.. I gave 5 star’s because I have been going to Jackson Hewitt tax office since I had my 1st child. I met Mrs. Helen and her husband and they greeted us with a smile and made me felt like I was family. I have continued to go there and still get that family feeling of Welcome, we are glad to see you again. They are knowledgeable and go over each steps with you.

Susan was absolutely excellent! I had an issue at another location and Susan was able to straighten it out for me without any issues. She was very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to filing my return versus other locations. I will always use this location from now on. She showed much professionalism and was very sweet.
