JCPenney's is a wonderful department store located in SouthPark Mall. They sell everything from women's and men's clothing, footwear, jewelry and much more. They sell fine jewelry too. You can get nice kitchen decor. I highly recommend this JCPenney's.

Went to buy some clothes, store is clean and things are easy to find. The line was so long though that I put my purchases back and left.

The sales associate Jordan was very professional & patient. The reason why he deserves special recognition is because the checkout line was extremely long due to him being the only one checking us customers out but he took time out to answer me and my daughters questions and he was attentive to me getting my reward points. It’s service like this that makes platinum members like myself happy to shop here even though checkout times are long. This JcPenny store is top notch in clothing selections & customer service. That young man truly went above & beyond.

I guess inflation and the great resignation are still effecting Penny's. Everything was pricey, and it took me a good while to find an open register.

Disappointed at the opening time

It was ok. There were a couple of good sale items but the staff was lacking. There was only 1 customer service counter open and the return checkout was open. The lines were terrible. Instead of opening a register one of the staff was too busy worried about me looking at clothes. I was looking at things and as I am looking she is yanking clothes to fold them. Then tossing others where I am looking. I had to leave and come back because of her attitude. They wonder why people drive away from home to shop at other malls...
