“Not often i find myself writing a review in my home region but I simply had to return the satisfaction and gratification with this store. Autumn who helped me at this particular visit was amazing at the Colonial Heights location. Very passionate, patient, versatile with how to find pieces fitting my requests. Welcoming attitude and environment also. I found myself in the store for roughly 3 hours just out of pure satisfaction building a wish list for further visits and presents for my family!! Please do yourself a favor and choose this location if you're out and in the jewelry market whenever and not even looking to make a purchase that day. I assure you you won't regret it!”

Tony and “V” are extremely knowledgeable and both appreciate fine jewelry. They were so customer oriented and pulled out all stops to ensure our complete satisfaction.
Being married for over 43 years, we know a thing or two about diamonds…., but Tony and “V” went well beyond the 4 “C”’s with in depth discussions concerning color, clarity, cut and carat. Bottom line; customer service at the level we experienced it is very difficult to find nowadays.

“Phenomenal work on my late 19th Century European mine cut diamond ring setting!!
I bought a late 19th century old European mine cut diamond ring from EBay back in 2022. The prongs on the ring were worn and the setting looked a little crooked. I first took it to Jared to have the prongs rebuilt. After the work was done I could tell little difference from the original condition it was in, I took it back a few months later and when I got it back same thing.
Well I took it to Jewelry Creations by Shirlie Witt at the suggestion of my good friend Pete Pettry. Boy am I glad I did! Shirlie is a MASTER jeweler! She did absolutely beautiful work rebuilding my prongs! She explained to me that Jared had used a solder that was too soft and when they tried to tip each scallop on the prongs the heat melted the others. She actually constructed new prongs on my setting! See below the before and after pictures!”

“I came into the store to get a copy of my receipts because I lost my Pandora bracelet. Ms. Wanda Mitchell helped me initially. I came back the next day because I found some additional receipts. Ms. Mitchell informed me I had two accounts, and contacted customer service to clear up the matter for me. Ms. Mitchell was very professional and patient with this tedious process. Her coworker Virginia was very engaging and professional as well. I appreciated all of the assistance Ms. Mitchell provided.”
