“Phenomenal work on my late 19th Century European mine cut diamond ring setting!!
I bought a late 19th century old European mine cut diamond ring from EBay back in 2022. The prongs on the ring were worn and the setting looked a little crooked. I first took it to Jared to have the prongs rebuilt. After the work was done I could tell little difference from the original condition it was in, I took it back a few months later and when I got it back same thing.
Well I took it to Jewelry Creations by Shirlie Witt at the suggestion of my good friend Pete Pettry. Boy am I glad I did! Shirlie is a MASTER jeweler! She did absolutely beautiful work rebuilding my prongs! She explained to me that Jared had used a solder that was too soft and when they tried to tip each scallop on the prongs the heat melted the others. She actually constructed new prongs on my setting! See below the before and after pictures!”
“My child let his hole close up, so we went to get his ear pierced again. Samantha and Jess were so friendly and helpful.
The piercing is free, but your price will be based off of the earrings you select.
My son got home & cleaned his ears. They suggest cleaning them 3x daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner). He did that & he woke up to his earring completely out of his ear. I'm not sure how that happened because Samantha said that the ear back was special and wouldn't fall off.
This was a good experience for him. I'm praying he doesn't let this one close up. If he does, he will be paying for the next piercing on his own.

Ms. Mitchell informed me I had two accounts, and contacted customer service to clear up the matter for me. Ms. Mitchell was very professional and patient with this tedious process.
