Went in to buy a phone and not only was the Rep super RUDE for no reason and she was trying to OVERCHARGE me! So I gladly went to a different store and guess what didn't pay what the other chic was trying to charge me and go the same Upgrade. You know something up when they call the manager and he be like are they paying Cash or Charge? SNEAKY SNAKES Go back to math class! You suck!

I was serviced by a young lady name TYASIA great customer service she was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was was upset when I came in but she still kept her smile and did her best to help me. I offered her lunch for being so understanding but she just wanted a review. TYASIA YOU’RE AWESOME KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I didn't like the service in there the lady didn't tell me that I was going to charge me for a new phone and then I had to pay $21.95 which I already paid my phone bill and then the lady got me a case and screen protector without asking me first do that was not cool

The staff in this store was very unprofessional! I had to repeatedly tell them what I wanted and they took forever to give me a new line and constantly telling me that my phone was locked but it was unlocked! They just didn’t know how to put a SIM card in correctly! I have no problem with metro pcs only this location.

They can't do anything at this store (the one on the boulevard)but sell you a phone. Don't waste your time at this location go to store down by mall.
