Trying to call to inquire about a full purchase of a new phone and they refuse to answer the phone. I have called about 10 times and no answer. Pathetic

Erica's super friendly completely professional absolutely amazing at her job she can speak in Spanish as well as English her friendly demeanor makes her a perfect sales person I doubt I would have made a purchase if she wasn't working that day a true credit to the Company And she deserves a raise

Today is Saturday Feb. 17th. We went to this location only to find out the door was locked and we saw the employee by the name of Erica inside the store which didn't even acknowledge us at the door. I also called inside the store watched the employee look at the phone only to ignore me again. Their was also other customers that pulled up to the location and experienced the same thing. We all ended up at the location on the boulevard in CH. Will not recommend this location to anyone. If u don't want to work stay at home and stop inconveniencing the customers. Poor service here I didn't want to give the 1 star but had too

Christin is an awesome worker. He goes out and beyond for all the customers. However the big manager was on his phone yelling and screaming going in the back office with the door shut he comes out on the phone asking christian to hurry up asking what he's doing etc. There are 3 waiting customers and he refuses to help anyone but doesn't mind being loud on his phone.

I'm very disappointed with the service at this store. I live 30 minutes and it was a complete waste of time, gas and an extreme inconvenience as I rushed out the house to fix my phone situation due to a family emergency.I arrived at the store at 945am and the associate (who said her name was Serenity) was helping a friend of hers get her phone business straight but when it came to me she wasn't helpful at all. I came to the store t switch my line to a new phone ( tmobile unlocked phone that I brought in) Serenity put the store sim card in the phone and said it was impossible to add the phone to my account. I took another phone out my bag and asked her to try that one and in a few seconds she rudely said again she couldn't activate the phone to my account.( which I knew was a lie my uncle is a supervisor in the east end location)I asked her was their a reason in which she said she didn't know. I got my phones and asked her name(she could clearly see I was frustrated)in which she replied Serenity and as I was walking out she giggled like the rude person she was!Metro PC needs to hire KIDS that want to work not ones collecting a paycheck and making the company look bad-- contemplating closing our accountsEnd result I went to my home store and got the same phone she said I couldn't add to my line--added to my line.....yuck what poor customer service

Arrived at the store at 9:10 after driving 20 miles only to find that the store was not open yet. Very disappointed with metro pcs, this seems to be common with metro stores. I ended up going to the verizon store down the street.

Activated last month on 9/9/19. I went in to do the port promotion of the free Samsung A20 and the $50 iPhone 7 on the unlimited 2 for $80. The rep put my lines on separate accounts and added insurance that I didn't ask for. So I paid $12 for insurance I didn't ask for and $120 for service instead of $80. Apparently they are trained to take advantage of customers. I'll never see that extra $50 I was conned out of.

559 southpark colonial heights Va. have the worst customer service ever. They will force to to make purchase and will not refund money. They dont keep their promise to customers. Good for service just super bad customer service

You get what you pay for with this company! Poor phone service and limited to no wifi connection. Not to mention the in store customer service is unprofessional! Purchased plan on 7/2 and was told by customer service today is my last day, 7/8, to turn it in but i have a week? One hour until closing and during a holiday week, I was not given a full week to return the phone and get a refund. And on top of all of that I am stuck with this terrible service for 6 months! They refuse to unlock the phone to go to their parent company T - MOBILE!! Read the terms BEFORE you think about this company. They are deceptive and won't give you the terms until AFTER the purchase, by then it is too late!
