DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have never had such terrible service at a nail salon. The older lady who did my nails told me was gonna $25 for an acrylic set with color, then something personal came up, and I did not have time for color and once I told her that she was rough and rude and made my nails ridiculously uneven. So I went to check out and I had my card in my hand waiting for the total and she didn't tell me it and just took my card out of my hand and swiped it. She still charged me for a full painted set at 25 when I didn't even have a clear coat on... DO NOT GO HERE.

Told me to go to another nail salon because she was scared she'd mess up my nails all because I wanted my nails done a certain way which I was paying for I'll never go again and every one I know will know my experience!!! You can't mess up my nails if I tell you how they need to be done!

Now Kim's Nail and Spa.....Stay away. I should have known when I walked in and there was nobody there. Took them 30 minutes and being stabbed 5 times to remove gel nail polish from my toes before I walked out! Then I had to argue over the amount to pay for bad service. Stay away, find someplace else.

this place is call kims nails...the name on the sign is not nails by mindy it says kims nails and kim is not an honest person!!! she ran my credit card and charged 70.00 then charged 59.00. she then proceeded to tell me i owed her 14.00 more dollars because i did not have enough money on my card. i told her i had enough before you charged the entire amount of 125.00. she was rude and told me it was not her problem contact my bank but just give her 14.00. i went out in the parking lot and called my bank. my bank said that they did not slide my card ..she did!!!!. and she made the error not them. this woman never apologized or anything she would have taken my money knowing she made an error. had she been honest from the beginning and just said she made a mistake i would have understood but dont lie to me and make it look like i dont have sufficient funds on my credit card due to your stupidity. nails is coming detached from gel as we speak and i just had then done on saturday..they suck!111111111111 stay away from this place!!!!..the owner name is kim. my first visit nail cracked in two days..second visit nail came completely off!! i wondered why there are never any cars in her parking lot now i see why.
