I took my 6 year old little girl to get her another fish, as we were looking we got approached by the guy that helps with you that. He asked me what size tank we have..I told him it’s small 5 gallon and that we had fish die that we bought here..so he goes on saying we shouldn’t get another fish…well 10 minutes go by my little one wants the fish we came here for and I ask him to help us getting the fish, he straight up looks at me and REFUSES to get the fish. He said since we had fish die before he can’t give us another fish…at this point me and the little one are upset and go get the manager, he acts like nothing happened and just does whatever to cover up the bad customer service!! Matt if you’re reading this you need to get better employees bc this is ridiculous!!! Never coming back there again! The worst customer service!!!!!!

Store is clean and organized... one older gentleman working the register..the rest of the employees were young and all hanging out in the back together...not on the floor helping customers. The kid I found working the fish department couldn't answer any of my questions as he was too busy playing on his phone and showed absolutely no interest in trying to help.

This particular post is for this particular store and for one customer interaction with the assistant manager of this store in Colonial Heights: We had made an order (same day delivery to our residence) today and they have Door Dash make these deliveries, which you don’t find out about this Third party until you press “pay”! So DD arrived with a partial order and the rest of it never was given to them. A store associate gave them a stapled bag and forgot to give them an important item. I call Matt..the Asst Store Manager. He has a nasty attitude right off the bat because I want the entire order scratched as I had not accepted anything yet. Says he can’t do that. Can’t even credit my card for the missing piece unless I drive all the way back there! That’s pretty lame and archaic in the 21 century, but anyway. He even tells ME to have the DD’ers go back and get the missing item! Remember, these people work hard and I’m just not going to jerk them around like that nor would I try. That supervisor was a jerk. Instead of doing everything he could to make the order right, he did everything he could to sluff all responsibility off on these young folks trying to make ends meet driving around and making these deliveries. The tone and dismissive attitude was unacceptable as well. Just a recommendation in general. Never make these types of purchases if you can possibly avoid them. Customer service post Covid sucks, and suck really bad and this was certainly no exception. Their higher will be hearing about this as well.

We had a great experience with dog training with Amber. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. I would recommend that even basic dog training helps in bonding and trust with your dog.

Which there was more variety when it comes to hermit crag shells. Have also had issues with finding uvb bulbs and some lamps for reptiles which are 100% necessary for keeping them alive

We absolutely love coming here. The employees are always great and helpful. When they are stocking or out in the aisles, they always ask if we need help. And the cashiers are always very friendly!

So Yesterday June 14th, I went to Petsmart in Colonial Heights VA to buy a few things for my two guinea pigs. I asked the cashier if they had card- board box carriers for sell. The only ones they had for sell was for bigger animals such as cats. The one that was given to me to take my guinea pigs home in, was falling apart. The cashier, who was very nice btw, told me they don't have the smaller ones for sell. Not sure why, but I asked him if they could please just give me one and I'd make a donation. He said he'd have to ask the manager. Kyle flat out said no, then walked away as if he was going to take me to the area where they had the expensive ones, that I didn't ask for!! Okay, I get it. You don't want to sell or give me a box. But did you have to be rude about it? There is a way to say no without hurting people's feelings especially after doing so much business with you. I believe the managers name is Kyle. I proceeded to go to another pet store where they were happy to GIVE me a cardboard box carrier and I not only gave them a donation, I also bought the same things I was going to purchase at Petsmart in Colonial Heights VA!

This PetSmart is in a great location in colonial heights. They have all kinds of pet products. They also do pet grooming. They have products for cats, dogs, snakes, guinea pigs and more. They have weekly sales. The associates are very helpful if you need something. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend this PetSmart.

After having to pick up my golden doodle soaking wet because she didn’t like the dryer and they “ didn’t have time “ to groom her , and they had no towels to dry her .

My husband, son, and I went into Petsmart Saturday night. We were going to buy some fish and a hamster ball. After waiting in front on the fish tanks for half an hour and being seen but not acknowledged by an associate who chose to help some customers who came in after us we went to a different pet store.
