“We moved from the 757 in 2018. I have had several years of dealing with major health issues, but chronic pain has been my thorn. I was reluctant changing to a smaller pharmacy thinking they would not have access to vendors to get my medication. I also assumed they would not have the knowledge of a Walgreen's or CVS. I WAS WRONG!!! I have dealt with 5 years of incompetence and belittling not wanting to change pharmacy's. I am so grateful that I finally made the change. The customer service that I have received from Crystal and her team are unmatched in this area. I am so upset that it took me this long to switch. I will forever SHOUT TEMPLE AVE PHARMACY as the BEST pharmacy in this area. They "get it." They are very knowledgeable. They are patient. The atmosphere is inviting. They know me by name when I walk in the door already. They act like they like their job and care about their customers. Life has too many stressors. I am glad Temple Avenue Pharmacy has helped my medication transactions be smooth and pleasant.”

I especially appreciate the helpful and professional staff, though it often looks like they need more of them.Scarcity of staff and medication stock is the status quo for all pharmacies in Petersburg and Colonial Heights. Under these conditions, this Walgreens does quite well thanks to the effort of the employees. If they had more staff, I'd give them 5 stars.”

Although we initially had some trouble when we first set up our membership and credit card through sames, staff was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. The facility appears to be well kept and clean. They have a great selection of meats.”

She looked up the order and verified that although my wife called when I arrived, they never showed me as being checked in. Thanks to Leslie's hard work and dedication and perseverance I was blessed to have her deliver our order to our vehicle. Leslie, took the initiative to perform above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She should be recognized by her management team.”
