The last time I came by, I wasn’t sure what time the pharmacy closed and realized they had just closed when I pulled up. Even so, the wonderful lady at the drive-through window still helped me, and I truly appreciated her kindness more than she probably knows. It completely made my day! “i just wanted to do a shout out for Cameron. on 11/14 my autistic nonverbal son (also named Cameron :)) needed benadryl and calamine lotion for a bad allergic reaction. Cameron helped me not only find the right kind of benadryl for my son but also the calamine lotion. he made a very stressful time easy for this mom. keep up the great work, Cameron!!”

“Since they took away the Shell station at the corner of route 10 and route 1 Kroger is the only place in the area I can use my Kroger points for fuel. Not much to say about the fuel center most of the time most of the pumps work the few times I've had to go to the attendant they have been pleasant and helpful. I do like that they have lots of things that you can grab and go like drinks and snacks and various fluids and additives for your car.”

“I chose the CVS located inside Target in Chester, VA because of the exceptional staff. I originally switched to CVS a few years ago when my insurance changed, and unfortunately, my previous pharmacy could no longer accept it. My initial experience with the standalone CVS next to Target was very negative. Often the staff were unhelpful and interactions felt dismissive.
In contrast, the team at the CVS inside Target has been outstanding. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Just this week, a younger male staff member (I regret forgetting his name, but I believe he may be a college student) went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure my needs were met. The pharmacist on duty was also incredibly helpful, and even the new employee at checkout provided a positive, welcoming interaction.
This team truly stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer care. They have made a significant difference in my experience, and I believe they deserve recognition, and even RAISES, for the quality service they provide.”

“I was on the phone with my girlfriend and they didn’t have what we wanted, she asked JENNIFER at store #520, (in Chester, Virginia ) she was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. I was SO IMPRESSED with her attentiveness being that they ALL were out, with the exception of a ROTTEN ONE! She MADE SURE that were taken CARE OF, giving us the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that IVE EXPERIENCED in A LONNNGGG TIME! Her Supervisor Shirlene was the BEST ALSO! It’s people like this that KEEP customers COMING BACK, ESPECIALLY during these hard TIMES! This will be a FOREVER store FOR ME! “So, they were super dependable. They went through a period where my medications were somehow taken off automatically refilling. It was a booger getting refills for a time and not getting an immediate option to speak with a actual HUMAN on calls to pharmacy is a pain. But I feel like they are recovering from whatever was going on. I have been with the same pharmacist for years and I trust her and Kroger. I work for another store and still come here. ?”
