Service department is great . I brought a car from them 2 years ago. This place I wouldn't get extended warranty from . My car had check engine light on the first time before this time oil change. I went to advance and Riley and both places stated low oil pressure . I mentioned this but they was head up for to be charged 200 for their test which stated the same thing the free one did . Now the engine has problems and thr warranty wants to put blame . Top it all ..they wants to charge me extra for more test ...to get out of paying for the repairs. But they had no problem getting extra money for their plan .

Purchased a few vehicles from this dealership in the past. Numerous issues with the service department. Also had a bad experience recently with the group of sales people inside. Guess I wasn't dressed up enough. Never judge a book by the cover.
I took my business to Safford on Midlothian. Much better.
