I will tell you that they have some untruthful people working here. They brake your stiff and blame you and try to get you to fall for their lies. Then when you catch it and they broke your vehicle part and now I will sue. Your confession doesn't help, you already lied. To bad. I loved this place but don't like lies. Not good for business guys. Truth wins

When I was negotiating the price on a 1976 VW beetle that was being sold at Loyalty Volkswagon in Chester Va I was told I could take it for 7500 as is or 10,000 and you guys would fix it. I negotiated that price to $9000 with the promise from the dealership to fix the vehicle. Upon signing all of the documents, the beetle was taken to the shop of their choice, and it was there for three weeks. I never had one single call from anyone to explain to me where my car was what was being done to it and when I would receive it in those three weeks. I had to write an email and make multiple phone calls just to get any information. At first I was told the carburetor was replaced and then they had to replace a gas tank and then they had to replace brakes , and then, when it came back to the dealership after three weeks, the signals didn't work. I know at that time that someone from the dealership, I think it was Joe, drove the vehicle. I am sure that he saw some of the broken issues, which were safety issues, that needed to be repaired to make the car safe to drive. When the car was returned after having the signals repaired, I was told they wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive and hence that's why it was sent back. When I drove this car home, there were so many safety issues that I saw that it was very scary to drive home. When I called Joe and told him about all of the safety issues that needed to be repaired he told me that they would make the repairs. After bringing the car back to the dealership to have those safety issues repaired I was then told that they had never intended on fixing this vehicle, and that they would give me my money back. I was obviously lied to because I was told this car was going to be fixed so it was safe for me to drive.I really wanted this vehicle and only wanted it to be safe to drive. They told me a bold faced lie, and I believed them. Should have never trusted the SLEAZY car salespeople but I did. I I writing this review to hopefully save someone else from dealing with these people. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle from CARVANA. It is the most effortless experience you will ever have buying a vehicle. You will be able to drive it for 7 days before you buy it. I will never again go to a dealership to buy a vehicle and especially not any Loyalty dealerships.

Had a CEL come on during an extended trip. Made an appointment and got in same day with Loyalty VW and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately (and tell me it was under warranty). The part is back ordered, however, the service rep, Rob, was able to get it ordered & waitlisted, all while communicating this from the get go so I knew what to expect. Hands down the most communicative, informative and friendly dealership service dept. I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Will definitely be buying all of my vehicles and getting service from here in the future. A lot of the time these warranty covered issues get kicked to the side since the dealership has to eat the cost, but this was the complete opposite here. Thanks for for such quick & quality service

I had a VERY quick and easy purchase of my gently used 2019 Nissan Rogue, with Hassan. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with our purchase! I totaled my previous vehicle because someone who got their license out of a Cracker Jack Box, thought it would be a good idea to bolt across 4 lanes of opposing traffic to go to a Little Ceasar's Pizza.. But, Loyalty definitely takes care of their customers like a good family does. Karen did an amazing job in finance, making sure we had every perk you could get, and we thoroughly appreciate their time, thanks so much, I LOVE my new vehicle!!

Ben Scaggs and Andy Hook took wonderful car of us when we traveled 3 hours from home to buy our Volkswagen Atlas. Ben was the reason we chose Loyalty. We've known him personally and professionally for years. He went out of his way to communicate with us from our first outreach about inventory and ensured the vehicle would be available when we traveled in the following week to purchase it. Andy handled the transaction at the recommendation of Ben. He was polite, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The Loyalty team worked hard to get me the best financing available and gave be a wonderful value offering for my trade. I had searched across 3 states and was unable to find a better vehicle that met my specifications with a better price and very low miles. I highly recommend Ben, Andy, and Loyalty.

I purchased a used car from Loyalty and the sales person Taz was most helpful and professional. He deserves the highest rating and should be given a position of greater responsibility. I only rated 4 stars however because of the sales manager who nearly lost my business with his unreasonable negotiating. I walked out, not as a ploy to get what I wanted, but because I was not willing to accept what I felt was an unacceptable offer. Taz saved the day and was the only reason the deal was consummated. On a subsequent call for assistance re temp tags Taz once again showed what an outstanding asset he is to this dealership and promptly took care of the issue. Ask for Taz!

Awesome besides one employee who tried to tell me bullying made people stronger everone was great. My sales person was quiet but found me the perfect car. And the financing team knows not only money but xmen. Sounds stupid but I was anxious about buying my first vehicle. He put me at ease 100%
