My favorite pharmacy and staff. They are always on the ball and look for the cheapest available options. Kyle in particular is an outstanding pharmacist, remembers details and is always helpful, as is everyone I have dealt with. Refreshing to have customer service mean something.

I walked out of a Food Lion today due to hardly any check out lanes being open. Went to Publix: found what I needed for a similar price and walked up to the checkout. Publix is a well-run store.

I have known Betsy for years and have always known she takes excellent care of her patients and meets folks where they are with an exceedingly positive demeanor and a solution-oriented attitude. When Publix first took over at this location, she sang from the rooftops about how incredible her new partner was, but it was only relatively recently that my family got the opportunity to see what she meant.My father, not at all easily impressed, is now Kyle's number one fan, and I have to say, although I may be an even more discerning critic than my dad, he has earned my stamp of approval as well! I am so grateful and appreciative of his kindness and generosity of time, knowledge, and effort. When I say that my dad, who does not call anyone just to chat, and can be reticent and slow to warm up to people, has called me on no less (and likely more) than three separate occasions for the sole reason of telling me about some new way in which Kyle has helped him, occasionally without even any request, question or concern from my dad (which makes it extra special, to me), I am not exaggerating.Particularly these days, with the complicated cost-sharing structures, utilization management requirements, exceptions that are left under- or unexplained and the myriad other rules and restrictions governing pharmacy care, it can be very overwhelming for a layperson, particularly our elderly population, to understand the ins and outs. That Kyle takes the time to counsel and educate his patients, and the extra effort to make recommendations that might provide them with more comfortable circumstances, improved quality of life, or save them money, which I know must be more difficult than ever in this climate of understaffing and slashed hours, means the world to my family and me. With his guidance, my father feels comfortable calling me and reporting back his conversations with his physicians and Kyle, and asking for my opinion, and does so with a greater understanding of the factors at play than he has been able to before, which is certainly in part due to the information Kyle has shared with him. This helps him feel in much greater control of his healthcare, and that, I'm sure you can agree, is an amazing feeling for anyone.If you've read this far, then you get the point. If you're already a patient of Betsy and Kyle's, know that the standard of care you're receiving is next level. If you're not, what are you waiting on? Bring your business to the Publix pharmacy, where you will, without a doubt, be well taken care of. Most of all, these folks, technicians included, are working hard for you, even when you don't realize it, so please be kind to and patient with them!

As a Florida native Publix is a staple in every community. I don't know a single Floridian who doesn't love Publix. After I joined the Navy in 2014 I saw Publix less frequently unless I went back home to visit. This made me so sad.But now they've expanded to Virginia these last few years and that makes me happy! Publix is the Chik-Fil-A of grocery stores. Hopefully that puts it into perspective for those who have never been. This Williamsburg location is no exception. Friendly staff, excellent customer service as well. You can find food that's localized in Florida that has been imported. The deli section is amazing. They have premade food or you can order it fresh if you prefer. Highly recommend a Publix chicken tender sub with lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. 10/10 combo.If you live anywhere in the 757 it is definitely worth the drive to visit this location.

I'll start off by saying I'm very picky + critique hard when it comes to Publix for me. I grew up in the hometown where Publix was founded and came to be. Therefore, Publix has an extreme soft spot for me, naturally. This Publix is worth the 20 minute drive for me. I have never once had a problem there. It's an updated - newer Publix. I love that they have an area on where you can eat after you get your infamous pub sub or deli combo. It's clean. The employees are willing to help if you have any questions. Overall, it's a positive and happy shopping environment.

I’m in the process of transferring my prescriptions here. I had one transferred and filled today. I’m so grateful for being treated with kindness and so appreciative for all the help this Publix pharmacy gave me. I’d been getting prescriptions filled at a Walgreens off Iron Bridge for MANY years, but my experience there has been increasingly worse and worse. Nothing is worse than being treated rudely and like you’re a problem. Thank you to this Publix pharmacy for the wonderful experience and for being so kind and helpful!! It means more than you know :)

The pharmacy staff is excellent at this location. They go out of their way to make sure medications are promptly processed and dispensed to customers. Definitely 5 stars!

This place is great and all but what's up with the cafe food always looking like it doesn't even wanna be there. On the other hand, the sushi place is clean and neat. If you want popcorn chicken go when the regular guy is there not the passive aggressive lady.

My first visit I met the nicest pharmacist. I believe his name is Kyle?I had talked to him a few times trying to get all of our prescriptions transferred from Alabama. He was great then and in person.

This is such a great grocery store. I appreciate how orderly and tidy it is. Their customer service is also superb! I feel like they actually care about me and are so helpful. Do not miss out on their weekly deals too! Always random BOGO items!
