I was upset because I ordered a cake that read "happy birthday sexy" and they stated on the order paper (after my fiance picked it up) they couldn't write "sexy" because it was against the policy. Like why couldn't y'all call me or via email? So I could have replaced the word. Smh. But the cake was still good tho that's the only reason why I give them 1 star.

The sub I got was perfectly made they did exactly like I wanted them too. The premade pasta was good and I always enjoy the atmosphere they have lots of hot food ready to take home fresh deli meat and baked goods

02/20 11am visit. I was in the laundry aisle for a while, so a thin, tall, white woman with long brown hair and long sleeve green shirt, pulled a ucart over and pretended to stock the shelf while I was shopping. Rather than watch someone like they're a criminal, ask if they need help. The app wasn't loading. I remember seeing a sale on All, but there weren't any signs posted. I tried doing the whole app reload, check service, look for wifi and found Publix wifi. The app finally loaded, while that white woman was still standing nearby watching me, so I was able to answer my own question. I left the aisle, passed by it a few minutes later, and she was gone, of course, because I was gone, too. ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY NEED HELP!This isn't the first time you people treated me like a criminal. I was at the register and I had trash in my cart. I didn't see a trash can, so I went outside to throw my trash away. The bagging area was overloaded with my groceries and the bagger didn't go grab another cart to begin loading, so I went to the vestibule to get a cart. The bagger and I loaded the new cart, I looked up, and you people posted a heavy set white boy behind us near the door. TAKE INITIATIVE: CLEAR TRASH AND GET A CART YOURSELF!You're supposed to provide customer service, not criminal service. Do better!

This location never lets me down, always in stock of what I need and the produce is the best in the area as far as grocery stores. It was close to Valentines Day so they had plenty of good items ready for the holiday. Shout out to the team at the seafood counter for always being on point as well as the bakery team! I'll def be back for my normal trip for fruit bowls!

Brought my eleven pound yorkie mix into the store completely closed into a leather bag with nothing but his head poking out. I put him in the front part of the cart and proceeded to go shopping. Most of the people we came into contact with were extremely nice to my dog Pepe and greeted him with a smile, including the staff. I checked out with no issue. As I was leaving the bag boy approached me and awkwardly but kindly told me that he had to fallow me to my car for the cart because his manager told him to. His manager said the cart had to be sanitized because my dog Pepe, who was in a leather bag and not touching the cart at all, was sitting in the cart and that is not allowed. I feel bad for the poor boy because he clearly didn’t want to be in the middle of this awkward situation. I politely asked him the name of his manager, at first he said “I don’t know” then started apologizing and told me her name was Carly. If that is the managers real name then my complaint lies solely on her. If she were a true professional she would have approached me directly and told me that she had a problem with my dog sitting quietly in the cart, in a leather bag and not subjecting the bag boy to do her dirty work. I have never had this happen to me before at a supermarket including other Publix. I will not be returning to this publix.

EDITED 1/3/2024 ? STRONGLY DISSATISFIED. PUBLIX has gone downhill. VERY DISAPPOINTING. QUALITY has taken a drastic decline.Store is inconsistent and uneeliable.To be fair, i communicated w/ store for nearly 3 months b4 lowering rating.Uou.may disregard my original review, wh/ was posted when istire 1st opened.That is clearly no longer the case. Over 30 yrs of loyalty, yet 1st time i've ever felt so strongly DISsatisfied with a store that was once known for having high standards.OLD REVIEW:
