I got my toe nail polish changed, got a fill in and was about to get my eyebrows tinted when I reached up to adjust my clothes and my BLACK nail polish came off on my New outfit. Every technician in there argued with me that it was my fault. No apology…nothing. I told them exactly how I felt and they were rude and unprofessional. I’m telling everyone I know about this negative experience. I wouldn’t patronize them if I were you.

The customer service was good. The service provided was not good. I asked for a gel polish change. I do know I need a manicure but I did not expect the cuticles to be painted as well. I asked why were the cuticles painted how do I get it off. The response was you should have got a manicure. My nails were done Saturday at 1pm this picture is 7 hours later on the same day Saturday at 8pm. Needless to say I am not pleased with the outcome especially being charged $25.
My toenail color was also changed by a different nail tech and that turned out way better.

Wow. What an experience. I was recommended to this nail place by a friend and I can strongly say that I do not recommend going here. I watched people come in and out with no cleaning in the wax room. The lady that did my nails was very kind and I did not have to wait but I left very unhappy. I was trying very hard to be nice and articulate what I wanted but this is what I left with. I called earlier in the day and was told that an acrylic fill with gel would be $38 and filed down is $3 extra. Once I got there I asked how much the design that I wanted would be. She said $10 so that would be a total of $51. At the end of the service she charged me quite a bit more than that. All I have to say is don’t go here unless you want your nails trashed and to sit in an unsanitary environment.

I will definitely not be returning to this nail salon…..it hasn’t even been 24 hours and one of my nails have already broken. Was a rush job and some of the nails have hair mixed in the polish, on top of that the man that was servicing me drilled my skin causing it to bleed….definitely isn’t worth what they’re charging completely dissatisfied.

Unsanitary and should be reported .. they use the same wax stick on different customers. With that being said it’s obvious they double dip . They dont change gloves and treat black people like sht when they are the biggest customer base . Don’t recommend they’re also more expensive .

Went in with full eyebrows that just needed cleaned up. Left in tears with my arches having been waxed out & pencil thin brows. The worst. If you value your brow shape steer clear.

Picked the spa pedicure for the extra massage. There was no massage at all!! Complained 2x to the technician that laugh it off then when it was time to pay complained to them, they argued with me and she said that I was asleep and didn’t know she did it!! Unbelievable, will never ever go back.

TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!! Service was terrible. Extremely rude and very pushy. While trying to get my kid who was a paying customer set up before I sat down to get my nails done. They refused to listen to me, I left with my nails completely messed up a burnt nail and a confused child who just wanted her nails done. Do not recommend going there unless you want them to be disrespectful and impatient which will led to messed up or burnt nails.
