My neighborhood RAC (@ 80 Southgate Square; Colonial Heights, VA) has some super awesome people that work in this store. The guys that work here are knowledgeable, fast with delivery, and they always offer me great customer service. My most recent purchase was a 86" TV.. and they were able to deliver within 2 days..and the delivery gentleman was superb!! I will always recommend RAC to my friends and family!

Best place to rent stuff from. The new people like Antwan and other people that work there are awesome. Antwan and his employees have been the best people and they are polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to deal with when it comes to a rental place.

Not good at all if I could give it a 0 I would this online system paying is not great all I paid my account off and it still shows a balance every time I call up to the store they say it doesn’t show on my end but I have bank statements to prove so, there was a time that they charged me twice that was all the money I had I wasn’t able to get my son’s medicine and he has a seizure disorder which is very serious and it hurts bc they do not listen at all
