So far, good compared to the Walgreens that is within 200 yards of this Rite Aid.Leadership likely still needs help enforcing medical privacy concerns on Pharmacy Techs. Gossip is the norm in current pharmacies.

Let me start with this is against Rite Aid in general, not the employees at the store. I have found the employees to be efficient and kind. That being said, I recently purchased something to which I had an allergic reaction. I could not find my receipt but did have proof of purchase on my credit card. I called ahead of time to check the return policy and was told, sure, come on in and we’ll take care of you. Except they didn’t. They received something from a partnering agent that denied the request because I didn’t have the original receipt. I called the ‘partnering agent’ on the phone and spoke to the rudest, most condescending woman who told me with no receipt, too bad so sad. Even though I had proof of purchase from my transaction, too bad. Then I called Rite Aid corporate. Same story, no receipt with bar code, too bad. Bottom line, worst customer service ever. Do not shop at Rite Aid. I know I never will again. I hope they go bankrupt.

So who's my doctors.what am I taking now and why? Only response I got was not on my store? What did I do? I'm polite as I can be but that response wasn't expected at all and why was I treated like trash from the street. I'd really like to know what I did wrong

Not sure whats happening with the pharmacy, booked my COVID-19 booster shot here and was told I am ineligible despite being approved online and scheduled. This is my hometown area, but now I live about 50 miles round trip from this store, so it was a waste of time! Simple call would have solved that. I’m actually eligible too but they were too busy rushing me off for the next appointment to listen to me.It just got downright embarassing when the “floating” pharmacist Dr. Wang ___ (no last name given by phone) broke all confidentiality by coming out to the pharmacy waiting area in front of everyone to tell me I am ineligible for the shot. This was after waiting 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, really wish that actual healthcare was affordable in our country so I don’t have to get dissed in a retail store area instead of just calling before my appointment to explain the issue? Its sad too bc everyone else was friendly the first two shots I received.I booked my booster shot elsewhere. Going to CVS in my neighborhood and saving all this drama, lesson learned that you can never go home!

Aravind Kasireddy is a wonderful pharmasist. He is kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. He has helped me in the past clarifying perscriptions and helping to contain costs. He is an expert at giving shots.

Love the people there, I have about 12 prescription a month so I’m there quite a bit. I live on the opposite side of town and have to drive by a Walgreens and CVS but it’s worth it. If I need anything that I get from a drug store, I will still drive to Rite-Aid to get it !

The male pharmacy technician who wears blue scrubs is beyond rude and disrespectful. Every time I come in, or use the drive up he acts like I'm an inconvenience. He's clearly in the wrong profession. I only chose this rite aid due to insurance requirements. I have always had a fantastic relationship with Walgreens staff. Time to switch back! If you've have similar issues with this specific employee, I was suggested to contact corporate and file a complaint.

Pharmacy staff is wonderful even when working at crazy times and under what I consider ridiculously short of staffing issues. Store staff is usually very helpful and easy manner. Management should consider themselves lucky to have these people. Hope this store gives there pharmacy staff bonuses for as hard as they work. Thank you all for your consideration of how you treated people
