I had ordered tonight from this location and food was lukewarm at best , soggy taterbombs. Our frozen lattes reg and large size were melted and the large was not full. We did not get the hostess cupcakes 2pk orange or 2 edible cookie dough cups one was party time other was chocolate chip., and 1 chicken of the sea tuna pouch . We were charged for all these items, I spoke yo my door dasher Michael he said one bag all they gave him. The dr pepper was regular not dr. Pepper Cream soda. No.out of item.stickers on soda bottle substituted or out of items on a receipt but I got charged again for another mistake and no straws , how do u drink frozen drinks even though melted tonight or fully full use our fingers like cavemen. I been very polite , give your store alot of business and plus other people in house gets gas too but when I called tonight woman on phone says go onto door dash app I said 2 times u cannot go on if ordered on sheetz app it's only delivered by door dash so I am out money tonight. I don't want to deal with your customer service people because I had problems too many times not my fault but 2 separate people made us feel like we were trying scam them . I was in retail many years and mgmt I never would make a customer feel that way . Look at your store , employes and dasher I have called when they made mistakes spilling stuff etc .

No idea in the vending machine and the staff is unwilling to fill it out. Ordered wings, paid extra for flavor, got plain dry wings.

The night crew on 2/29 is garbage I ordered and payed in person at the register then waited for 40 minutes for them to tell me a doordasher took it by accident and i had to reorder and PAY AGAIN all the while i found my food had been sitting in the back by the blenders for over 20 minutes already finished atleast fess up to a mistake instead of making up a lie to cover yoyr own mistakes especially to a customer

Been coming to this sheetz for a while and been refilling my plastic cup and I was told today I can't do that and made to purchase a cup I had already purchased when I just wanted my refill. Will not be coming to this sheetz anymore

I live right around the corner. Every morning idk who work in the kitchen but they got one more time to do my bagel like this especially when yall charge extra for cream cheese. Do better. If u don’t like ur job hmu I got plenty to help you choose from.CHECK YA BAGS because people hateful it’s not this serious it’s just always something with them in the morning time. I got a list this one just topped it. I tried calling and all but then realized u paid cash. Can’t even get a refund.

Sheets has so much to choose from with the in house cooks the food is always fast and good hot when you get it lots of drink options on the drink fountain and lots of slushie options staff is always helpful
