Those two guys Dustin and Tyrone are the most fantastic customer service oriented people in the world...
I walk into Staples mad because I got to look for a printer cord and I'm thinking I'm going to be here a long time because this cord are complicated
some guy named Tyrone saw me looking around (and I was only looking for like 30 seconds )and while he was standing up on a ladder asked me what I needed... I told him what kind of cord and he knew exactly where it was and he pointed it to me through all those cords all over the place... (While still standing on the ladder) And told me it was not $40 it was $7... And then Dustin he let me know anything else I needed to know when I got up to the front ... He explained my points to me and was super friendly ...
and I told them I'm writing this about both of y'all
Staples is always done me good but this was a great experience

I returned a packed to Amazon through Staples and they were great to work with, it was process at the speed of a bullet I was out of there in no time!

Went in on Sat with a pre-paid UPS shipment. There were 2 employees for what appeared to be the whole store. Only one of them knew how to do a scan for UPS and he had to help all the people waiting for printing, so with a 20-30 min wait ahead of me, I left. This is a corporate problem. Pay people more and get more staff.

This store is going downhill fast. Come in and 5 out of 6 printing stations are down. Then requested assistance to purchase a laptop, printer, and cable, cashier who obviously didn't want to be there eventually asked for assistance.... NONE CAME.The only person stepping up and giving it his all was Andre. However, he can't be everywhere at once.Oh well, $$$ lost on them, I'll go elsewhere

Spent ten minutes on hold for the print department only to be automatically transferred to I guess the front. Tried to ask a simple question about how to go about simply printing a regular photo for the lady to cut me off to try and put me back through to the print department so I could spend another ten minutes on hold for a department that won't answer the phone ?

This review is for the IDEMIA section, which was operated by a Staples employee. She was on time and ready for my appointment. Friendly. Detailed with each step. I'm thankful that Staples offers this service for applying for TSA pre-check. It's very convenient. Start the process online and schedule your appointment. That easy! And once my appointment was done, she directed me to the kids' aisle for some gifts I was looking to buy.
