I'm so beyond frustrated with this location. You have ONE JOB. To make very expensive coffee. So how is it that 3/3 visits and NOT ONCE was my order right. Tonight was my very last attempt at letting you redeem yourselves. I ordered the same thing all 3 times (only the creamers varied) and every single one was WRONG. Wow. Just wow. I ordered HOT ESPRESSO and the first 2 were iced. In the plastic iced cups. But Tonight it finally appeared right in the hot cup BUT IT WAS FREAKING COLD. Not iced this time but cold. Why??? I'm not from here and travel for work. you're the only store I've been to across the entire country that just cannot get it right. If I order HOT COFFEE why do ya'll make it any other way. NO where in my orders does it say iced or cold. (And the restroom was atrocious)

Went in today for 2 drinks and waited over 20 minutes for them to be made. When the lady finally got around to making our drinks, she only made one. I had to bring it to her attention that I paid for 2 drinks. Then she took more time to go and double-check that 2 drinks were ordered. It was very frustrating, especially when they weren't very busy. I'm not sure why they seemed so discombobulated today. I will try to give them another chance if I have time the next time I'm in town.

Worst drive through set up I’ve ever been to. Colonial Heights will make duplicates of every store or restaurant they have *except* for Starbucks and it’s baffling. Especially considering how busy this location stays. Parking lot is small and cramped, and the line will wrap into the main roadway. It takes an average of 5-7 minutes for each car to make it through with their order. No urgency involved. No one should ever have to wait 30+ minutes to even order with 6 cars in line.

This Starbucks stays very very busy. I noticed that they had a sign up saying their store hours are changing to open at 5am! Wow. They do need to rethink their drive-thru operation... it blocks people from getting out of the parking lot. I would like to add that the customer service here is outstanding. Sky provides excellent service at the drive-thru. All workers are always pleasant and always have a smile.

The amount of time you wait to get through the drive thru is ungodly. Any other Starbucks would be better than this one….

Terrible experience, waited 28 minutes for a cold brew before asking for a refund. I waited 28 minutes and never received my cold brew. What a wonderful way to start the day! I was informed the staff had to get the online orders completed before the people coming in to order, makes no sense.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I understand periods where you have to wait because of the number of customers but when you come inside and place your order at the counter for a simple latte then witness others come order after you with more complex orders get theirs or people they know put their order before yours.

6:30 am and all parking spaces filled with employees cars. I’m the only one in shop. Why dooze the employees park where customers should be parking?

While I understand this location can be busy the employees need to listen to the customers, we actually are the ones that ensure they have a job. I went in couple weeks ago and the lady at the window, as I was asking her if she could add a gift card to my card, scanned my gc to pay for my order. I said I wanted you to add this to my card and she said you have enough on this one. Then replied I know but now I don’t get my points. Her response was I’m sorry.Today I ordered a cold brew which you could see through. I said wow that looks thin to which I was told people have said that all morning. I left and as I was driving I tasted the drink and turned around. I asked if I could just get an ice coffee if the cold brew was not ready. I got it and as I tasted it I didn’t like it, very bitter. I called to see when they would have some new cold brew to which I was told they didn’t know bc it was still brewing so couple hours.These drinks are not cheap so if you don’t have the proper drink stop giving bad product on purpose, then just saying I’m sorry. I will never go back to this location again!!!!!!
