I had an appointment to open a savings account with my daughter. We arrived 10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes past our appointment time for a total of 25 minutes. No one even acknowledged us being there. An employee (I'm pretty sure the one I had the appointment with) walked within feet of us three times and never spoke to us. If he had just said he was running behind and would be with us as soon as he could, I would have waited. I'm taking her to a different bank to open her account. I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service was horrible!!!

I recently sold my home. We attempted to wire deposit the proceeds. Truist had a computer glitch that rejected the transaction. My closing attorney deposited a cashiers check into my account. The transaction did not show up on my account. When I called to inquire the reason the Truist representative said she worked that day and no one made a deposit into my account. She also started to tell me thing that should have transpired if it was done correctly. None of which happened. She put me on hold for a few minutes and said she found it but had to put the funds on hold for a week. This bank does some sketchy stuff. Suntrust was a great bank,Truist is a terrible bank. I’m moving all funds from them ASAP. I don’t trust them with my money and you shouldn’t either.

This is quite possibly the slowest moving branch of any bank in any state of this country. In the drive line no matter the day or time the average turn around per car is 15 minutes. If you value your time it would physically be faster to drive to another branch up to 20 minutes away and have them do something for you. I thought once was a fluke or a bad day but this is consistently an issue to the point I only use this bank if I absolutely have to on a Saturday and I’m prepared to waste at least 30-40 minutes waiting if I’m second in line or sixth. I have no idea what’s going on inside this place or where they found the slow moving individuals who work here but holy cow. Drive to Petersburg, they have it together

2 lanes open on Friday January 7th 2022. There are 15 cars in each lane. Got here at 1040am and didn't get thru line til 1145am. This is so ridiculous. Under staffing. Just always so slow here. BB&T and SUNTRUST should have never merged together to make these drive thru lines so long. They dont pay for our gas and some people have broke down in the drive thru lines. Also some people dont drive and can't walk thru drive thru lines to pay there stuff. They need to open inside with a guard outside only allowing one person in at a time to speed process up a little. GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF ASAP OR PEOPLE WILL EVENTUALLY CHANGE THERE BANKS TO ANOTHER BANK. WELLS FARGO ISN'T NO WHERE NEAR AS BAD AS THIS BANK SOUTHPARK MALL AREA COLONIAL HEIGHTS VIRGINIA 23834

We had to wait for an hour just to deposit one check. Their excuse was they only have one Suntrust employee working which is ridiculous. I wish I could give zero star.

For the lobby to be closed they sure are slow in the drive through. I waited 30+ minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. And the teller attitudes are unreal.

Absolutely the worst banking experience of my life! It's NYE and I've been waiting in the actual bank stall for over 20 minutes, in addition to 20 minutes spent in line. I finally called the teller to ask what was taking so long and she said she was THE ONLY ONE working both lanes and inside. Are you serious?! It's NYE and you knew there would be a lot of people. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never see this branch again. Extremely poor service!

The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! For the past 2 yrs their excuse is “we’re understaffed “. The only reason I go to this branch is because they’re so close to my work and I often deposit for work. Just spent 30mins in line with one car in front of me. Left with out being helped. Unreal how bad the service is at this location
