You would be better off putting your money in a shoe box than this bank. Either the employees are incompetent beyond belief or they lack the resources needed to operate a bank. The people who work here are nice but that doesn’t matter bc it’s a gambling game of if you have access to your funds or not. In the span of 3 months I had 6 plus debit cards mailed to me, sometimes multiple would be open at the same time and I was never once notified why or what was going on. Terrible bank with some nice people but they won’t be able to help you with things that banks normally help you with. I have never closed a bank account as fast as I closed my touchstone account and now my bank doesn’t stress me out. Do yourself a favor and bank with anyone else, this bank is not it.

The staff at the Colonial Heights are nice and know what they are doing. However, the online banking is the pits. It's the worst I have every dealt with. Just logging in can take forever from day to day.

The staff at the Colonial Heights bank is very good. They are very helpful . But, the online banking is the pits. Ive never had so many problems with a banks website as theirs. When you think you've gotten every thing straight, the next day it's problems again. I mentioned that to one of the tellers today and they said, "I've that a lot".

Very satisfied with Touchstone Bank. Have been banking here since my early 20's. I am now in my late 50's. My parents also dealt with this bank even when i was a little girl. Since it was Bank of McKenney. Everyone always courteous and kind. Very professional. They know me by my voice over the phone. Quick and accurate with anything i need or ask for.

The ladies at the Colonial Heights bank are always very helpful and cheerful. After trying many banks in the area, I am glad I have banked here for the last five years.

Banked here for nearly 2 years, left them because I opened up an account elsewhere and when I closed my account with touchstone bank and told the teller why she had a little bit of an attitude with me and when she gave me my ID back, she didn't directly give it back to me and dropped it on the desk part of her teller stand like it was a piece of trash.

I have worked with Bank of McKenney for 9 years now, and they are the greatest to work with. I have always received excellent service and would recommend them if your looking for more personal service.

There has been nothing convenient about banking with Bank of McKenney. Their transaction history is extremely slow to update and their online banking has gone from bad to completely non-functional with their new "improved" system. Not only that but there is never anyone available for assistance when you actually need it. I can't wait to finally close my account with them.

On Friday at around 9:45 , I went to your Hopewell Branch to report my business card stolen I had a balance of $245.53 . The cashier said she canceled my card and ordered me a new and told me there will be no overdraft charges . On Tuesday I went to the Colonial Heights office and found 3 fraudulent charges for 2.99 , 22.99 , 36.74 , She said to wait in tell tomorrow to fill out paperwork for the fraudulent charges . On Wednesday , I spoke to Cynthia Wells she filled out forms for the 3 fraudulent charges and a new fraudulent charge for 52.40 . Also 3 checks cleared my account with a balance of -24.47 . She told me there are no overdraft charge due to fraud on my account . On Thursday I called Cynthia Wells and she told me there was no more fraudulent charges on my account . I asked her what my balance was she said -94 dollars , I asked her why It was more negative she said “ more checks have cleared . “ So I deposited a check for $100 to cover any more checks . I get home and look up my account on the internet and find a service charge of $70 on my account . Cynthia Well lied to me when she said The extra $70 was a check that cleared . This is very unprofessional and unethical .
