The customer service people often presented to me to be resentful every time I went in to deposit my company’s check. They act local, ignorant, or unexposed to diversity. They should be trained that working in a banking setting, they would meet diverse people not their own kind alone. It’s a shame that some people are still backward and refusing exposure to diversity in America.

After falsely being accused of being a person I was not to the fraud department, and then proving my innocence with physical evidence, the bank decided they were going to close my account anyway even though I was proven innocent of a crime I did not commit.

This Colonial Heights branch is the most inconvenient bank I have ever dealt with. One day it's open and the next closed. NO WARNING. How do people bank like this? It's very frustrating to waste your time to go there, only to find a note on the door to make an appointment.....what?The Iron Bridge branch is run much more business like, and it's ALWAYS open when it should be.VERY FRUSTRATING.

Well the first months car payment was smooth and easy…. Second month not so much! My husband goes in to pay it and is told their machine is down and he’d have to go get cash and then come back. After stating it would end up being late cause we wouldn’t get back in time the employee was no help. It’s very frustrating that we just come to pay the bill at the branch since that’s the easiest way only to have to jump through hoops to get it done. Get the machine fixed! Do better!

Every employee goes above and beyond. Best bank and branch of them all.

This bank used to have such convenient hours which is why we started banking with them years ago. Now they have the worst hours of any bank being that they close at 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and are now closed on Saturday. In addition, cash deposits on weekends do not automatically go through so you are completely out of luck on the weekends.

I’ve been at this branch when it was across the shopping center. Associates are always pleasant. Only drawback sometimes is when an associate has went to lunch. The line backs up sometimes, but it’s understandable.

The bank itself is OK, I guess. The branch in Colonial Heights is the WORST EVER. Puts money in wrong accounts, under staffed and very long waits. I HATE going to this branch

Went to get a paper notarized. My child had to use the bathroom (bear in mind that all my bank accounts are Union accounts) and was told they didn't have a bathroom when I could see it through the door next to me! Was told to go next door to use the subway restroom! Find this pretty unacceptable to tell a customer!

If I could leave 0 stars for this location, I would. I loved this bank but this locations employees are rude. I called the union bank and trust colonial heights va location to ask why my cash deposit didn't go through. Upon calling I was placed on hold for 12 minutes then rudely rushed on the phone by the female. She wouldn't allow me to speak then hung up after ignoring me. This location previously didn't update my address correctly either so my mail or billing address had two different addresses. I believe the lady I spoke with should not be in customer service with the treatment I received today.

I love the friendly employees and the fact that they're open until 7 pm. So convenient.

This branch is the worst. I will never direct anyone here. I have made cash and check deposits several times that we never posted to my account that they swore were never made (thank God for receipts). They have clueless tellers that give rude responses to questions and requests for help. Do your self a favor and drive to the branch in Chesterfield Meadows and stay far away from this branch of dolts.
