Extremely poor service. Employees on their personal cell phones at the register either while or instead of helping customers. Also, no greeting or anything when you step up to the counter or while conversing.

Came in around 3 with a motorcycle helmet to get an estimate of shipping. Was told by Tala that it would be $50. Came back later and was told by another employee it's $220. Tala had nothing to say but verified she told me it was $50. Lines out the doors both times.

First off, the employees were great and this review does not reflect their personal service at all.
I Dropped off items to be overnighted for a customer on Friday the 2nd. They charged the hell out of me and on Tuesday the 6th I had to go there to find out they lost my goods. I had to re-send new product overnight and two days later they have mot delivered!! That is not acceptable. I guess ups is only good for ground when you have no expectations of a solid delivery date if at all. Now I have to go through their process ti get refunded as if I did something wrong other than walk in their door!

My things was stolen and the manager doesn't want to communicate about your things. It was two big boxes of my personal items just gone and apparently no one could deliver my packages

Wait time was a bit long, but it was right around 4 pm. Customer service was not great for the basic things like simply greeting the customer.

We came in on Saturday at 4.04 pm and were refused service for notary. There were no other customers, but lady at counter states that notary is over at 4 pm and refused to help us even though this store doesn't close until 5 pm. Never coming back.

I just wanted to share that I had a most delightful experience at the Col Hts UPS store.
I didn't get the young man's name - he was working Sunday morning (approximately 10:15 am).
I was greeted upon entering, he immediately took my package that was heavy and cumbersome to carry, and was the politeness young person I have encounteted in quite some time.
He is definitely an asset to UPS and I hope the company has plans on his moving up in the ranks.
Again, a positive UPS moment!

The young ladies were friendly and fast with packaging and getting me in and out of the store so I appreciate that. I also expected the price to be a lot higher for as far as I ship the item but I was surprised that how inexpensive it was
