“I recently purchased a new device and had some problems with it and was unable to exchange it within the seven days due to personal issues. I called up to Vape Guys and spoke to the manager and explained to him my situation and he told me just when things get better to bring it back and they will help me get everything fixed. Today my husband took my vape back and they were able to figure out what the problem was and explained a bunch of things that have changed with the new vape that I had purchased and they were able to get him the right products for my device.
