Ten years ago, this was a great bank, up and coming, wonderful service. What a difference a decade makes. Locations closing down all over the Greater Richmond area, and service becoming worse by the day. This bank will be gone in a few more years -- don't waste your time. One recent example: waiting ten minutes to be served in the drive thru at the Colonial Heights location behind another customer. Only to have the teller shut the window in my face when I pulled up and tell me that I had arrived after closing. A bald faced lie. Still waiting for a response to my email or an explanation from the manager. I doubt that I will get one.
