there is an old man that works there who is very rude. he did not greet us when we entered the store, and when we approached the register i said hi how are you and he did not reply. after we checked out and were getting in our car he walked outside to watch us then went back in. very weird

They filled the wrong prescription and now they are giving me the run arounds with a return and getting the right medicine. To add insult to injury I have now run completely out of the dose I’m supposed to be on. They could care less. They suck!

They appear to want want all the benefits ($$$$$$) of taking over Rite Aid revenue with out offering even decent service. May just be a corporate thing BUT if reflects directly in the service not received in the store..... I would leave no stars if possible

This Walgreens pharmacy is very poorly managed. The line for prescriptions often wraps around the store, yet staff are standing around chatting instead of helping customers. I once dropped off a prescription and specifically asked for the price and insurance check. I was told to come back in an hour. After waiting over 2.5 hours in line again, I was informed that only then they were checking and my prescription was not covered. I was told to wait another 30+ minutes. All of this could have been avoided if the first staff member had done the job correctly the first time. Very inefficient and frustrating experience

Just went to pick up my medicine, which lately has been late or messed up.
I went to pay with a Walgreens gift card number and they told me that they can't do that. Something that can be done and has been done before. So I left and my girlfriend went back up to the store because she had the barcode. They scan the card and try and tell her that it was not good. With an attitude from the management. Looking at her like she's trying to scam them. So she had the front scan the card and handed her a receipt with the total on it. They still wouldn't expect it. So she had to go on line to pay for the medicine. I have never been to a store that couldn't punch in the card numbers and pin.
I've been getting my medicine from Walgreens on the Boulevard in Colonial Heights for the past 7 years. This past year has been pretty much nothing but frustrating trying to get something right from them.
I think it's time for a change.

They notify you when your prescription is ready, so much better than driving there then being told come back in 30 minutes!

The pharmacy is horrible. I called at 12 and confirmed that they received my daughter's prescription. I explained she just got of surgery and asked what time I should pick up her prescription and the young man told me 2:30. I get here at 2:50 and was told the prescription is not ready. Meanwhile, my daughter is home alone (she's over 18) after having surgery. They need to be transparent with people. I don't appreciate waiting for 30-45 minutes for a prescription that should be ready. If he would have told me 4:00, I would have came around 4:00.
My time is valuable also.

Must admit I've never had an issue with the CH pharmacy in the almost 3 years of going there. Today is Saturday, has rx filled and approved 5 days ago. Last i checked it was pending with my copay applied. Went inside to pick up today and had 3 customers in front of me. I waited patiently to pick up my rx. Got to the front and was told by the pharmacist, they had my medication in stock and could be filled once the line got down. I looked behind me, to see 3-4 customers. I asked the pharmacist, ok my rx is in stock? It can be filled? But you must help the other customers before you can help THIS customer? How long does it take to slap a sticker on the medication (not pills, a pre-boxed medication)? This customer is a important as the 3 behind me and there's no reason the rx wasn't filled before I got there. This on top of the fact that she was irritable with an attitude, made me a very unhappy customer today.

I️ ordered OTC meds online and the order was ready for pick up within 10 mins of me placing it. They also have curbside pick up and delivered items to the car under 3 minutes. The experience was great start to finish and super fast!! I highly recommend.

Pharmacy is the worst i have ever delt with. With 4 of them working in there today, none would answer the phone, they just kept putting it on hold, no greeting or anything. Told it would be 1.5 hour before script was ready and it still wasnt ready 5 hours later... please fix this location or close it! I am taking my money else where. Yall used to ve the best....I just dont know what happened to walgreens.... and by looking at the reviews it seams to be an on going issue. Does anyone care?
