DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR AN OIL CHANGE, EVER LIKE WHO GOES THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE...LESSON LEARNED OIL started leaking after my "oil change" , and immediately after leaving the parking lot my oilLight came on saying i need an oil change then I heard a rattling noise then my car shut down on me and would not crank up....NEVER AGAIN!!!

This rating is only for pickup of items ordered online. Today I picked up an order for my wife and after waiting for 35 minutes I flagged down a young lady by the name of Leslie. She looked up the order and verified that although my wife called when I arrived, they never showed me as being checked in. Thanks to Leslie's hard work and dedication and perseverance I was blessed to have her deliver our order to our vehicle. Leslie, took the initiative to perform above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She should be recognized by her management team.

The customer service at the Walmart in Colonial Heights is horrible and the grocery pickup is laughable! I waited 40 minutes for an order they emailed me about stating it was ready! They do not deserve 1 star.... I will not be using this Walmart ever again!

There should be a -5 star rating available for the Auto Center in this Walmart. After a month I am still too mad to leave a review that doesn't seem over zealous. I would not recommend ANYONE go to this place for service extremely rude and slow.

I wouldn't even give it a one star. There's employees standing around having a good time when there's only two checkouts open and no joke 10+ people in each line. It's beyond ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Had to drive around the parking lot 3 times before a spot opened in the curbside parking area. 8 parking spots but most were filled with empty cars. Ended up leaving after waiting an hour. Tried calling the number on the sign and it makes you leave a voicemail which helps none. I guess it's back to Petersburg where they've always brought our order out in a decent amount of time.

In all my life I have never been sent out of a Walmart by the loss prevention manager Harv because I had a problem with a price on an item I was purchasing. OMG We need to pray for them. The have the worst customer service I have ever seen and have the video to prove it.

I have literally had to order curb side pickup and had to walk inside to tell them to answer or get my order ready an hour after the time I actually put! I have complained to corporate and for what ? They do not train these people to do their job and it shows they do not reprimand them and it also shows they walk around like I have no other appointments with businesses who do have employees who want to work and do a good job! Do not waste your money or your time at this circus! Report them to corporate all you want they do not do their job to make sure the store manager actually does their job to keep their ratings low! This would seriously make the owner roll over in his grave his hard work went to p**** This Walmart is by far the worst I have ever been to!

I absolutely despise Walmart...lol...like, if I had to go there, I'd pay someone else to go for me instead. It's always like 2 lanes open with a million customers waiting & rude, unhappy-looking staff. Well, I went to this one the other day specifically looking for VSU t-shirts. I found the most in the men's section, but there were a few in the women's section. They fit very small, so you will have to go up 1-2 sizes for comfort. The lady at the fitting room was kinda friendly. She was there gossiping with another lady, so I had some entertainment while trying on the tight VSU shirts. Once I was finished, I went to the self checkout. All the cash registers were taken. I waited and waited & finally saw a man leave, so I ran up to it. He hadn't paid. I asked the cashier to void his order since he left & she said he left to go get money. As I waited, all the people behind me got the other registers. I mean, how long do we wait for a moneyless customer to come back? I literally waited almost 10 minutes & ended up hitting the cancel button myself. Even that required her approval. By then, she skipped along to someone else & didn't void it. Finally, another register was open & I was able to check out there. SEE, this is the reason I despise WM. They are slow & never are prepared for quickly checking out customers. I have stuff to do! My advice = Go to Target!! :)

Tried to do pickup twice there this past week. Waited 3 hrs to end up canceling my order because they kept saying it would be ready every thirty minutes. Then replaced that order to get a text that it was ready, waited 40 minutes no one answered the phone. My husband went in, and they had 2 of our like 16 items that they were actually able to fill, because the other 8 were "out of stock". When my husband went in the pick up people were playing on their phones. While the bags for everyone's order were scattered over the floor. My husband was told "we are five days behind"

The store was nasty from the parking lot to the store no clean baskets the parking lot full of dirty shopping carts and the store just opened up . They saying forget the cleanliness of the store forget Covid is going on forget the health of the employees and the customers thuds is unacceptable you guys Hattie get it together today not tomorrow I will call and report you guys to the covid hit line and channel 12 and 8 news they waiting on a story for people not taking covid set
