“I came into the store to get a copy of my receipts because I lost my Pandora bracelet. Ms. Wanda Mitchell helped me initially. I came back the next day because I found some additional receipts. Ms. Mitchell informed me I had two accounts, and contacted customer service to clear up the matter for me. Ms. Mitchell was very professional and patient with this tedious process.
