OH EM GEEE I GOT THE BEEESSTTT MANI PEDI HERE I AM JUST OVER THE MOON ABOUT THESE NAILS ...Ive been desperately searching for a new nail home their service was so amazing. They were very nice people. Its been so hard finding a pedicure worth paying for and i think i got more than what I paid for. I really like to create my own design and they didnt complain or do it their way LOVE THAT..lolol peep my king hating HARD in the BACK

i sat down and showed the lady a picture and it didnt look anything like it!! it was chunky , nail polish is falling off , ect. i will not be going back! my new nail tech told me they have illegal nail polish! we had a hard time removing the polish.

The older lady should not be doing nails anymore I’m a repeat customer and she did a terrible job on my nails. Vivian is the best she was on Vacation and they forced me to go to the older lady. My gel polish is clumpy and peeling after one week!

This is definitely the one of the worse experiences. Do Not Go! Do Not Go! DO NOT GO!!! DO NOT GO!!!!
I requested a full set and a pedicure.
1st. I was never offered a selection of which pedicure I was wanted. I thought surely at some point they will ask. NO!!! I was given a half of a pedicure but charged full price.
2nd, I requested almond shape, yet I was told they could not do it after the fact. They informed me that they could do a square shape (that was better). I then asked for it to be rounded several times with no avail. I knew what I wanted and not to mention I NEVER wear square shapes.
My nails are bulky and uneven. I gave them several opportunities to correct my nails prior to me leaving. The man made a very little attempt to correct and or address my concerns.
The color was nice but the service and professionalism is disgusting. If your going to charge full price for a service then give full service.
I wonder would they have taken $20.00 for the service because, “that is better or I felt like that was all they were worth”.
Before you waste your money please go somewhere else. There are too many other places to patronize. Remember it’s your money. Speak with your feet. Don’t spend your money where you will not be
respected or appreciated.

I asked for my nails to ne soaked off. When I got seated she began a fill in, that I didn't ask for. I asked for a soak off and overla this shop does what it wants if you sau you want something they do the opposite and I had to pay for something I didn't like or want. And I had to use atm and pay a fee to pay them because credit card machine didn't work so I had to pay to pay the shop smh. Bad business not once but twice!! I want my money back! They act like they don't speak English when u get mad and say you don't want something they think you still suppose to pay for it. Never again word of advice to shop LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT!!!! 94 dollars down drain she didn't even cut my toe nails terrible I'm so mad!!Services: Acrylic nails

My first time at this place and will NEVER go back! I thought I was just being insecure about the way my nails looked but when I got home my husband laughed and told me they looked like some regular person did them so now I have to go spend more $ some where else to change them. The 2 red where supposed ro be flames like the first picture and this is what I got, smh. I'm going first thing tomorrow to try to get the 4 fingers fixed.

The service was terrible, the old lady rushed on my feet’s, dumped the chipped nails, etc back in my water while my feet were still in there. Didn’t clean the excess nail polish from around my toes, nothing. Then tried to charge me extra when it came to paying.Service: Pedicure
