Customer service is decent amongst staff except for Jennifer Castro who completely ignored me and rolled her eyes as I voiced my concern to her that one woman did not wait in line and skipped the line to be seen by a teller. I have never had a customer service issue with Citi until today. Very unnecessary experience when this has been my only encounter with tellers at this location.

I had opened a Citibank account with Jenny over a decade ago and totally forgot that I had this account. I had recently moved and failed to update the address on the Citibank account. Due to inactivity, my checking account which had over $4K was closed as abandoned property and funds were transferred to the State. I was provided information to claim with NYS abandon property. Just to confirm if this is the case, I immediately contacted Jenny who found out that the funds were still with Citibank. Jenny provided detailed instructions on what I need to do and the exact form that I need to fill out in order to recover the funds. Jenny is truly a professional with a great attitude who excels at her job and provides excellent customer service.

A receptionist at the front desk put my name down on the list at 11:35 AM. I waited till 12:20 pm to see a banker for making a small change to my account. Ciita lin ignored me when I inquired about my wait time, and came back with a prime Dona attitude. During my wait, I witnessed almost a half dozen disgruntled customers walking away with frustration and disappointment. TARP may save you once, but won't bail you out as always.

I had really bad experiences with the mortgage director Karen Yau. She is so unprofessional and really bad attitude with customer . I came here to do my loan because I trust citi bank, but I don't want a person treated customer that not professional. I try to talk with her but she said that's all and hang up my phone. I just want to ask her why she run my credit without my permission . And she just said it's really doesn't matter,It won't decrease my credit. Thats not right. Everybody be ware of her.

We've been waiting for a quote from Karen Yau for a mortgage for almost a month now. What's the point of Citi Priority if you can't even get a reply for a mortgage? We'll be taking our money elsewhere.

Came into Citibank to do some banking on a Wednesday afternoon during lunch. I was shocked that there was practically NO WAIT for a live teller! The place was empty. It could be because they are so efficient or that they have few customers. Doesn't matter to me. I was in and out within a few minutes.

Don't ever try to get a loan from this bank, they will promise you that you can get the loan easily, but it will take half a year to process the loan and their underwriter and processor are not professional, they are going to waste your time, I said this because they waste my money and time with them.
