“On the way back home from our honeymoon my car broke down. I was able to get to a mechanic to check it out and long story short it looked like a better option to buy a car to get home. I went to another dealer in Covington who beat around the bush for four hours knowing my situation and that we were stranded. They told me they couldn’t work anything out and I left very frustrated. I went straight to Magic City after that and was met with a professional, friendly team who understood the urgency of my situation. I was six hours away from home with no car. The salesman Ron, immediately went to work and helped me find my options. They stayed after closing and even had Wendy from their other location working on my case. Ron, Wendy, and Jason got me in a very nice car and headed home in around 3 hours. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for their diligence and care. Would recommend.”

“When i bought my jeep 4 years ago, it already had damage to the back and front bumpers and as expected they started getting worse especially within the last year. I asked around for repair work and *everyone* recommended Halsey's. Rightfully so! They did an exceptional job! The jeep literally looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match.

It's been a little over a month now and everything seems to be holding up as it should be.

Price couldn't be beat and I dropped my jeep off on a Monday and had it back that friday(your experience may very as it obviously depends on your vehicle's condition)

“I was traveling with my 2 kids home from Virgina Beach to Columbus Ohio when I caught a flat. I called every tire shop looking for an affordable used tire and couldn't find one. I finally called them he said he didn't have my size but would reach out to another garage to see. he gave me a quick call back and told me he didn't have my exact size but had something close. I pulled up and he got me changed very swiftly. I asked if he took card he said no I suggested Apple Pay or cash app he said no. I asked about an atm and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the verge of tears already because my 8 hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip and he I think his name was Dalton was the nicest person I came across my whole trip. I asked him what I could do he told me to leave a review for him. I'll never forget that man! there are still kind people in the world.”

“My family and I blew a tire while on the interstate, only the tread came off. Somehow i made it 2 miles to the exit, and tried to take my own tire off, but broke the wheel studs. Stayed the night and went where a stranger bragged about. I understand why he suggested them.... Rex (the manager) answer my call with clear headedness, and knew exactly what to do. He ordered parts (it was a saturday!) and got extra based on what his intuition was - just by the phone call. I somehow got the van to their garage and immediately had Brandon out taking care of my situation. They were super methodical and had me on the road in no time, even fixing my damage. I had to use the spare tire to get home, and then order tires. But i think that was for the best for my pickiness. The repair price was appropriate, and the cleanliness of the waiting area was perfect. Garage was open and modern. Most of all, the professionalism of the manager made me give thought to coming back (an hr from home) just to keep giving them my business. He even gave me good suggestions for new tires. What a great outcome to a rough weekend, they are a 6/5 star place! Thank you Rex and Brandon - real care about customer satisfaction!”
