I got a flat on a road trip a long way from home and they got my car, ordered the tire on the spot for the next morning, gave me a ride to a local motel, and they were extremely nice the entire time. This is a good shop with really good people working at it.”

“I was traveling with my 2 kids home from Virgina Beach to Columbus Ohio when I caught a flat. I called every tire shop looking for an affordable used tire and couldn't find one. I finally called them he said he didn't have my size but would reach out to another garage to see. he gave me a quick call back and told me he didn't have my exact size but had something close. I pulled up and he got me changed very swiftly. I asked if he took card he said no I suggested Apple Pay or cash app he said no. I asked about an atm and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the verge of tears already because my 8 hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip and he I think his name was Dalton was the nicest person I came across my whole trip. I asked him what I could do he told me to leave a review for him. I'll never forget that man! there are still kind people in the world.”

“My family and I blew a tire while on the interstate, only the tread came off. Somehow i made it 2 miles to the exit, and tried to take my own tire off, but broke the wheel studs. Stayed the night and went where a stranger bragged about. I understand why he suggested them.... Rex (the manager) answer my call with clear headedness, and knew exactly what to do. He ordered parts (it was a saturday!) and got extra based on what his intuition was - just by the phone call. I somehow got the van to their garage and immediately had Brandon out taking care of my situation. They were super methodical and had me on the road in no time, even fixing my damage. I had to use the spare tire to get home, and then order tires. But i think that was for the best for my pickiness. The repair price was appropriate, and the cleanliness of the waiting area was perfect. Garage was open and modern. Most of all, the professionalism of the manager made me give thought to coming back (an hr from home) just to keep giving them my business. He even gave me good suggestions for new tires. What a great outcome to a rough weekend, they are a 6/5 star place! Thank you Rex and Brandon - real care about customer satisfaction!”

“One of the air lines for the bag under the my driver seat must have gotten punctured and it started leaking air bad. Called and a tech came out pretty quick to the Loves. He was communicative and very friendly. He fixed it in just a couple minutes and didn’t even charge. Would absolutely call again if I need a service and in the area.”
