Not helpful for me. I was told by customer service to go there and have them to call customer service and they would remove the 15.08 off my bill. They refused to call customer service and told me they didn’t do those things. Even after telling them what customer service said they still refuse. After 2 trips total of 256 miles with gas at 3.00 a gallon I got nothing done. Their guy had come to my house and worked on my phone for 4 house for nothing. Told me I needed a new SIM card and call this number and have them send you a new one. They would not send one. The guy in Covington Va finally fold me you have to have a boost phone to get boost. I can sell you one for 100.00. Your Trac phone will not work with boost. I would not try boost if I was any one thinking about it unless you was a new customer to a cell phone person. They gave me a headache. Now I can’t get trac phone to restart my service.

If I could give zero I would. This is a waste of time going here because no one is ever there during their purported business hours. What a waste of time. I know its the only Boost store without having to drive an hour or more, but, do yourself a favor and just get a Tracphone from Walmart instead. I have called corporate too and nothing from them other than we will handle it.

It would be OK if they had someone that answers the phone in the office. How can you get customers when there is no one to call for answers. This is the store in Covington, Va.

Erika and Tony has made me feel like part of the family. I have enjoyed being with boost. They both make sure everything is well to go. Never been a issue, if there has been a issue with my phone, they have made sure to fix it before i left store or when i came in. Couldnt ask for better customer care and support or store to go. I 100% recommend them :)

First off I have to say I never even knew there was a Boost Mobile in Covington at all. I was visiting a friend and they told me about it. I was with Straight talk originally and called the store and talked to Erica and was getting quotes on everything and asked about a few different phones. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I decided to switch and did 4 phones through Erica. She was very fast and it didn’t take as much time as I thought it would to get everything done. She even made sure I got everything off my old phones onto the new ones. She definitely earned me as a loyal customer! I will be recommending all my friends to her!

I have been with Boost Mobile for a few years now and this particular store is the one that I would recommend for great customer service as well as knowledge on the equipment. I personally request Tony if he is working when I have a need but the others are great to deal with as well. Its always worth the extra drive to get the great customer service this store has to offer.
