11/6/2022Stopped by here earlier tonight to pick up a few things and get gas. My friend had asked the cashier if they accepted Google Pay, she said she didn't know we would just have to try it and find out.We got the things we came for, waited in line, and then put our stuff on the counter. I complimented the cashier's name "Genevieve". I was nice and polite with her. I'm not sure if she's new or doesn't know how to operate a basic scanning system, but it took her more than five minutes to scan 10 items. And then when she scanned the one before last, her system messed up, and you could tell she had no idea how to fix it. I offered a suggestion as I have worked in two gas stations and know the systems. I said she could do two transactions, if need be. She was very rude with her commentary and then preceded to throw her hand up, as if to tell me to shut up. I took a deep breath, counted to five, and said, "You know what? Don't worry about it. We'll go somewhere else." My friend got her id from the cashier and we walked out. I was polite and patient the whole time. I know how frustrating it can be work nights by yourself at a gas station. But, that was no reason to be rude.I had been warned about this place by a local. I'll be sure to go elsewhere from now on.*We ended up at a Shell Stop-In Store down the road. (I actually worked at a Stop-In.) The cashier there was polar opposite. Jennifer was delightful, funny, and extremely helpful. Bypass the BP and drive a bit further down the road. You're treated with respect at the Stop-In.*

I stopped by to buy gas and lottery, The gentleman working the cash register at at 5pm on 9/3/22 made a comment about me under his breath to the lady working with him that day, I'm not sure what it was, I started to inquire about what he said but thought it was best to finish my transaction and leave, This is a very sour gentleman can't believe he's the person you have to talk with at the register, it's almost like he's doing you a favor taking your money

I dont go here any more, most all the cashiers are rude and act like it's a inconvenience to get stuff for you from behind the counter. With the exception of two people was nice cause they knew me. Never again!

The cashier at subway was very unfriendly and rude to my FOURTEEN year old friend when she simply asked how to swipe her card correctly. I would recommend going to any other subway that you can.

My sister uses this gas station every time she gets gas. After today, she will no longer be going there. The chip reader wouldn’t read her card and the attendant was rude and ugly towards her. You are getting paid to do a job, if you can’t do it with kindness then find a new job.

Couldn't use BP rewards for reduced costs. Staff unhelpful and it hurts them to show kindness or customer enthusiasm. Never coming back.
