I was driving from MN to VA when several lights on my dashboard came on just outside Covington, VA. I was concerned about a possible transmission issue, so I stayed in Covington and was at Dave's Auto Repair the next morning. I explained the situation, and my car was inside the garage no more than 5 minutes later.They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating (I was traveling with a cat and dog too - I was able to sit in the office with my dog while they looked at the car). They were able to diagnose the issue and got me back on the road within an hour.I feel SO fortunate to have found a garage with nice folks to help me, especially when traveling such a long distance and getting "stuck" in an unfamiliar area. I can't thank them enough.

The people at the shop was friendly, but the services that I requested was not completed. My oil was changed, but it I requested new wiper blades all the way around and that my tires be rotated. Upon getting home I realize my wipers blades had not been changed. The two tires that had the most tread were both put on the driver side.When I take a car to be serviced it is important to have someone I can trust, therefore I will no longer use this shop.Services: Oil change
