Was waiting outside for 30 minutes waiting for the store to open. No one never came to the front. Nor answered the phone. I come here once a week and it’s never a problem unless the woman is working. Poor service. Rather go to Clifton forge than have to wait so long for a couple of dollars off a pack.

This store has went to pot over the last two weeks. The lady working is rude and does not even want to do her job. This store has had a promotion on a product there for years now this lady does not want to do the promotion so last week she rang up my total without the promotion and when I explained that I always get the promotion. I was told you have to ask for it and I have already rang you up and you don’t get it unless you tell me first. I stop in again and this time I tell her I want the promotion that they have and she. Says in a hatful sarcastic tone, I can do it but if other people come in I am going to wait on them first and you have to wait until I am finished with them. I said that I had never had to wait while someone else comes in after me and she said well that is the way it is being ran now. I told her that I would buy my snuff somewhere else. That is four rolls of snuff a week this business lost from me.

Bought diet coke there (I know it seems rather insignificant but they are $1.59 a piece) and this is the 4th time it wasn't put in my bag. I just let it go but this is ridiculous! How many others has this happened to? I bought 6 cartons of cigarettes and they can't bother to put it in my bag???
